I'm going, in time, turn over my forum to a friend. Is there anything in print a new forum host can read how to work things etc on Delphi Forums?

your friend can also go to the mentors forum and request a mentor. there is also a lot of information in mentors as well.

I'm trying to turn over my forum, entered the user name, click submit and nothing happens.

This is in the Dewalt forum, you made DavidWalsh Wiz?  That's not the same as changing ownership which needs to be done with the forum set to Classic and Forum Ownership there.

Not sure how that works now that he is also Wiz. Let me know if you want me to do it.

He can make you Wiz or Assistant. 

I don't normally recommend making a second Wiz since the owner can't change that later. Twas an oversight coding that in Zeta.
