Upgraded to plus have some questions Everything Else

I upgraded to plus on quarterly but it reads only one month before subscription needs to be renewed.
I haven't been on for some time and I can't find where I go to set up and make forum changes.
Help!

Your subscription starts out with a 30-day free trial. You have not been charged yet, but you will at the end of 30 days as long as you don't cancel first.

Can't tell why the charge isn't going through. I see you updated the expiration year, the month is the same?
