I'm getting a message from Delphi to get this corrected what do I do?
Sorry we can't tell at this end why the charge is being rejected. You can check with the card issuer to see why this happens.
what do you mean Gunther ive used this card for years this is a new cardthis year illadmit but ive never had a problem with Delphi before
If it's a new card, check the "Valid Thru" date and/or the PIN # on the back.
Most credit card providers expire their cards after 4 or 6 years which requires you to get a new card.
But your browser remembers only the old card "Valid Thru" date and maybe even the PIN depending upon your browser.
So, if it's a new card, re-confirm the "Valid Thru" date and PIN # are correct for your new card... not your browser stored older card data.
walter everything is there
Have you used the new card before ... it may need to be activated first.
yes I went to the bank to make sure and I went to three places and it went through ok I'm not sure why its not going through delpi its bother some to me I have 3 forums to run on here and I need to have delphiplus to run them I have used this card for a long time
how do I put the pin number on the back in?
I just checked... apparently, Delphiforums doesn't require the PIN number to be entered.
Many other online purchases require one though.
I believe all they are interested in is the name on the card, the card number and the expiration date... its really interesting how the slightest letter or number out of place messes up the whole thing... its best to check and double check... and when your card expires and they send you a new one, it has a new expiration date and sometimes a new card number...
