There is no response at all from the gear, you don't get the menu at all.  Seems to work for me with windows and android. 

One possibility is ad blocker since it's a popup, in the browser settings?

There is a response.  But when you enter the information it doesn't send it. It just sits there.  I don't have an ad blocker on my windows desktop. And it's strange that it works with my Ipad. Other posters have the same problem. 

I see that now, thanks for the details.

I don't have ad blocker on my Firefox Browser but it comes with the Delphi Extra Member .  I don't know how to turn it off for testing purposes.  At the bottom of a page.

Your membership no ads wouldn't affect popup problems caused by a popup blocker.  Doesn't look like that is the problem here in any case.

I read here about someone else who claimed it 'took forever' to send a message. Perhaps I can try again and let it go longer and see what happens.
