       "having found invalid ballots in numbers more than five times greater than Biden’s “victory,” the audit’s conclusion is that “the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”"

It’s fake news that the Maricopa audit proves Biden won

Democrats are strutting because the final Cyber Ninjas audit in Arizona showed that “the auditor’s final hand count—which quadruple-checked every single one of the 2.1 million ballots—matches Maricopa County’s official machine count.” Big whoop. For those complaining about irregularities in the 2020 election, the question was never about miscounting. Instead, it was about the claim that an inordinate number of the ballots in the Joe Biden pile didn’t come from real people. Instead, they were alleged to have been faked—and the audit confirms almost 60,000 wrongfully counted ballots that could easily switch the Arizona Electoral College vote from Biden to Trump. No wonder Cyber Ninjas says the Arizona result should not have been certified.

~~~~~~~~~~~
However, the same letter, in a small bow to honesty, also points out systemic problems with election security. The five bullet-points can be summarized this way:
  • absentee ballots were inadequately verified,
  • voter rolls do not match the ballots, as well as showing duplicate and dead people,
  • amateurs oversaw election technology and machinery they didn’t understand and misused,
  • private companies had the passwords to the vote-counting machines, and
  • election officials deleted material making it impossible to do a truly accurate audit (or, in legal terms, they deliberately spoliated evidence, which I’m guessing might be illegal under statutory requirements that all voting data must be preserved for 22 months after an election).
In other words, even though the hand-counted paper ballots matched the machine count, there were some huge and dangerous irregularities going on with the election.
But wait! There’s more—and this is the really important part because it shows the Big Lie. As Gateway Pundit notes, a purported final draft of the actual audit summary said that “the 2020 presidential election had 57,734 ballots that should not have been counted and should have been set aside, investigated or removed.”
Considering that the margin of Biden’s victory was only 10,457 votes, the presence of 57,734 ballots that were improperly counted is highly relevant. And that’s where we get to the actual audit info from Cyber Ninjas. Their letter does not say that everything is fine and Biden absolutely won.
Instead, having found invalid ballots in numbers more than five times greater than Biden’s “victory,” the audit’s conclusion is that “the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”
        "This isn’t even all of the videos. Who knows what other embarrassments for the media lie in the rest of the 14,000 hours of January 6 footage?"
Now We Know Why Prosecutors Wanted to Keep Jan. 6 Videos Away from the Public
US prosecutors say militia members conspired in Capitol riot | Crime News |  Al Jazeera
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

When some of this video made its way into the hands of the public, everyone could see exactly why the prosecution didn’t want it to get out: It doesn’t fit the narrative of the ‘deadly insurrection’ that the fake news media has been propagating. Watch for yourself:

The clips cover a period of about 15 minutes on Jan. 6 — between 2:25 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. — in different locations inside the Capitol. They show rioters streaming through open doors and broken windows at an entrance on the Senate side; crowds of people walking into the Crypt, standing in a large crowd, and eventually dispersing; and, finally, rioters exiting as US Capitol Police officers in riot gear gather at the Senate entrance point to stand guard as a mob that’s outside looks in through the broken windows. There is no audio. The cameras are stationed up high and at a distance, providing a wide, stable perspective on the scene.

Tillman is far from a faithful narrator of the footage. She describes the event as an “insurrection,” instead of a riot, although no one has been charged for the “insurrection” and the FBI has not been able to determine that there was any centralized plot to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

There was, indeed, violence in some areas of the Capitol grounds on January 6. But it is not entirely clear that the worst offenders were Trump supporters, rather than anomalous extremists; it appears that the groups are all conflated into a misleading picture of what happened. There were Trump supporters who were merely let into the Capitol building by the Capitol police officers who were supposed to be protecting the building. Many of them merely walked around, took pictures, and protested in a reasonably orderly fashion. This is why many defendants are charged with crimes such as “trespassing” and “parading without a permit.”

‘Trump was right’ in saying ‘election was rigged’: major British newspaper

A major British newspaper published an article that challenged the legitimacy of Joe Biden’s election to the U.S. presidency in November, calling it a “fraud” and claiming that “Trump was right.”

The article was published by journalist Rod Liddle in the Sunday Times on September 26 under the headline: “So Trump was right: the election was rigged. And our next one will be too.” It endorsed Trump’s allegations that Biden did not win the last U.S. presidential election fairly, and warns that the same thing could happen in the U.K.

Liddle began his article by contrasting Biden’s promise to “undo the moral and national shame of the previous administration” with his actual presidential record so far, pointing out that the 78-year-old Democrat seems to be getting a free pass for his mismanagement of the border crisis. Liddle argues that, had this happened under Trump, “Hollywood and the partisan coastal media would have imploded in a plasma of outrage,” whereas Biden appears to have “largely escaped their censure.”

“I’m not sure, either, that the little old business in Afghanistan entirely banished America’s moral and national shame,” Liddle continued, in reference to Biden’s appalling mishandling of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, and added “nor Biden’s inability to remember where the hell he is or who he is talking to; nor his geopolitical pig ignorance or his tendency to doze off at crucial moment.”

Liddle also wrote that “if that election had taken place in any other country, it would have been called ‘unfree,’’ before expressing concerns that the same thing could happen in the U.K.

“As more and more evidence emerges, it terrifies me that the same thing could happen here,” he said.

The censorship that Trump faced in the mainstream media and on social media platforms in the runup to the election was a sign, according to Liddle, that the candidates were not treated on equal terms.

“We already knew, even as Biden was declaring victory, that Facebook and Twitter had cut off Donald Trump’s access to the electorate,” Liddle wrote, before arguing that Trump was “deliberately rendered voiceless” while stories that surfaced about Biden and his son were labeled as “fake news.”

Liddle also referred to another article published in Time magazine in February entitled “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election,” which, notwithstanding claims that Trump was “assaulting democracy,” also contains indications that “there actually was a conspiracy — a secret coalition of chief executives, labor unions, left-wing pressure groups, and media companies — to manage what information was available to the voting public.”

       "If Texas wants to sue Google in Texas to protect Texans, it should be able to do so. The same goes for Utah, or California, or any other state."

Senate Judiciary Committee advances bipartisan antitrust bill aimed at Google, Facebook

The bill would make it more difficult for antitrust suits to be moved to courts that are more sympathetic to the defendants

A bill that would allow state attorneys general to select which courts hear their antitrust cases advanced Thursday out of the Senate Judiciary Committee with broad bipartisan support.

The State Antitrust Enforcement Venue Act is sponsored by Sens. Amy Klobuchar, a Minnesota Democrat, and Mike Lee, a Utah Republican, the committee's top antitrust legislators, both of whom are themselves attorneys.

The politicians believe the bill will prevent state antitrust cases from being moved to courts that are favored by defendants and combined with private lawsuits.

The bill is one of a several being taken up by Congress this year pertaining to antitrust regulations surrounding Big Tech.

"This bill would simply strengthen enforcement of our antitrust laws," Klobuchar said.

State attorneys general widely support the bill, as well as some of the other congressional efforts to update antitrust legislation.

In addition to pending suits again Google, state AGs are pursuing an antitrust case against Facebook, which was initially dismissed by a federal judge, but is being appealed.

But, some committee members have concerns about the retroactive application of the law to already pending cases.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lee and Klobuchar stood by the retroactive application of the law, saying that from a legalistic standpoint, it changes only procedural rules not substantive legal standards.
Removing the retroactive portion of the law would "only help Google, which wants to do everything it possibly ca to slow down the prosecution and keep the case as far away from Texas as possible," said Lee.
He also said: "If Texas wants to sue Google in Texas to protect Texans, it should be able to do so. The same goes for Utah, or California, or any other state."
Google and Facebook have been aggressive in their contestation of allegations of anti-competitive behavior and practices.
       "These 58,550 voters turned up on election day and were told they already voted by mail-in ballot without their knowledge...This was a tactic used by the left and TAUGHT to poll workers before the election. They were taught how to cheat with provisional ballots."
Pattern Identified in Arizona Audit Mirrors Michigan Scandal Revealed in Detroit Leaks Tapes on Provisional Ballots
According to the initial Cyber Ninja Report released to the media on Friday, the day before the Arizona Senate report was made public, there was real concern about provisional ballots.
On page 2 of the early Cyber Ninja report:
There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail-in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.
Then on Friday the Cyber Ninja Report revealed that 58,550 voters appeared on election day to vote who had reportedly already received a mail-in ballot , page 59:
5.7.1 Real-Time Provisional Ballots
The Arizona Secretary of State Elections Procedures Manual identifies circumstances that require the issuance of a Provisional Ballot. If a voter appears in the e-pollbook or signature roster as having received an early ballot by mail, but the voter wants to vote in person on Election Day, that voter must be issued a Provisional Ballot. However, Maricopa County reported 58,550 voters who had received mail ballots but were issued standard ballots on Election Day. The County identifies these as “real-time Provisional Ballots.” There is no mention of real-time provisional in the AZ Elections Procedures Manual. In fact, the EPM specifically addresses this circumstance and is clear that such voters must be issued a Provisional ballot.
These 58,550 voters turned up on election day and were told they already voted by mail-in ballot without their knowledge. The language was watered down in the final report.
Arizona was not the only state in 2020 that illicit acts with provisional ballots.
In Michigan, leftist operatives taught poll workers how to cheat with provisional ballots.
Damning audio was released by Detroit Leaks before the election that outlined poll worker training wherein workers were trained in how to lie, trained in how to handle ballot challenges from Trump supporters, told to call 911 on any challengers and to use COVID as an excuse to deny poll challengers access to view the ballots as they were being counted and tabulated.
The series of leaks also revealed that even challenged or provisional ballots would be processed as regular ballots.
This was a tactic used by the left and TAUGHT to poll workers before the election. They were taught how to cheat with provisional ballots.
In fact, the poll workers in Detroit were taught tactics on how to cheat with provisional ballots.
October 1, 2021 - MICHIGAN
        "Canvassing of the Arizona election in Maricopa County, led by Liz Harris revealed hundreds of thousands of lost votes and ghost voters. Jacky Eubank’s canvassing efforts in Macomb County are finding similar results..."
AUDIT MICHIGAN: Jacky Eubanks Canvassing Efforts Raise Serious Questions – “We’re Looking At An 18% To 20% Irregularity And Anomaly Rate”
A candidate for Michigan State Representative is leading canvassing efforts and fighting for a full forensic audit of the 2020 election in Michigan. Jackie Eubanks is running for Michigan’s 32nd House seat and she is dedicated to fixing elections in Michigan before it is too late.
This is despite the fact that Michigan state police are being weaponized by Attorney General Dana Nessel to target people who are looking for the truth.
Canvassing of the Arizona election in Maricopa County, led by Liz Harris revealed hundreds of thousands of lost votes and ghost voters. Jacky Eubank’s canvassing efforts in Macomb County are finding similar results and Republican officials are fighting against a full forensic audit in Michigan.
The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke to Eubanks last week for an update.
Conradson: I know you’ve been leading grassroots election integrity efforts throughout the state. Can you tell me about your canvassing efforts?
Eubanks: Yes. So, it all started with, after the election we thought, not only did funny business and fraud happen in Wayne County. Which obviously everybody knows that the city of Detroit is notoriously corrupt and ballot box stuffing happened and there’s apparently 9000 affidavits that were signed as witnesses to the fraud that took place on election day and the day after in Wayne County. But nobody really took a look at Macomb because Macomb went for Trump, in 2020. But what I thought was interesting was that Macomb has been the bellwether County for the state of Michigan and has been one, I believe one of nine counties, who have determined who would win the presidency in every presidential election, like ever. So when Trump won Macomb but didn’t win the presidency, I thought that was weird and strange because that was the first time that’s ever happened, and also that his margin of victory went down. So we decided to take a random sample of absentee voters from my hometown of Chesterfield Michigan, and just go knock on their doors and verify that the name and address on the ballot matches up with what happened in real life. And what we found was really startling. We found between 18% and 20%, it fluctuates because we’re still gathering data, but we’re looking at an 18% to 20% irregularity and anomaly rate based on the canvassing we’ve been doing this summer.
Conradson: Right, so are you finding issues like ghosts votes and lost votes like we found out here in Arizona?
Eubanks: So we’ve definitely been finding what we call phantom voters or ghost votes. We have not looked at Lost voters. I didn’t even think to do that until the Liz Harris report was released and now there’s a lot of interest in doing that. We may adjust, but mostly our, our MO was just going to houses, and people that we know there’s an absentee ballot that was counted in their name. And then we just go to that addresses and try to see if we can talk to the voter, whose name is on that ballot. And what we’ve been finding is that there’s a series of different kinds of anomalies. Number one is, if we go to that address, and we find out that there is nobody by that name who lives at that address, and the current homeowner will even say I don’t know who you’re talking about I’ve lived here for two years, 10 years, 20 years, and they don’t know who the person that we’re asking for is. And then another irregularity we have, is when we try to go to an address to verify that name and the address is not valid. For example, we had one ballot assigned to a dentist/a real estate office, we had another ballot that, well many ballots have been assigned to a gigantic apartment complex with many buildings and many numbers within each building and the addresses do not specify a building number or apartment number, so there’s no way to track down to see if this person is real. Other irregularities include, we, we talked to the voter and we say did you, we ask did you vote, and they said no I did not vote in the November 2020 election, and then we say well records show you voted absentee, and then they get upset because they realize they’ve been defrauded and they sign an affidavit.
         Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman, Dr. Kelli Ward, provides more information on the Maricopa audit results. Know that the media pundits are spinning and outright lying. This truths from this story story are only going to build however, as more analysis and updated results continue coming out. YouTube has cancelled all the good people who have been explaining what is really happening. That won't stop it however. Sorry YouTube.
       "1) What is most concerning is to find out now, for the first time since EchoMail was engaged for this audit, that the images EchoMail received are a compressed version of some original version. This means that modifications took place e.g. compression on the original images that were created from scanning of the voter’s original EVB return envelopes."
Dr. Shiva Ayyaduria, M.I.T. Ph.D., the Inventor of Email, Responds To Maricopa County Envelope Explanation – County ADMITS Images Were Modified Before Delivery
~~~~~~~~~~~

I. EchoMail’s Interpretation of County Explanation

EchoMail’s interpretation of the County’s explanation is: When a stamp is placed over a blackened region, on any of the triangles on the EVB return envelope (as shown in Figure 1), image compression replaces non-white pixels in those triangle areas with white pixels. And, this image compression process leads to the observed anomaly.

II. Questions and Concerns in Response to County’s Explanation

1) What is most concerning is to find out now, for the first time since EchoMail was engaged for this audit, that the images EchoMail received are a compressed version of some original version. This means that modifications took place e.g. compression on the original images that were created from scanning of the voter’s original EVB return envelopes.

2) Are the pre-compression EVB return envelope images available?

3) How many sets of EVB return envelope images with varying compression exist?

4) Is there an entire set of EVB return envelope images that are high resolution?

5) Are the original EVB return envelopes available for inspection?

6) Is a virtual i.e. digital “VERIFIED & APPROVED MCTEC” stamp being applied to the original high-resolution EVB return envelope images?

7) Are the EVB return envelope images encrypted when saved?

8) What other image processing and modifications takes place on the original EVB return envelope image?

9) Are the EVB return envelope images stored in one central repository?

10) Who has access to the EVB return envelope images?

11) What modifications can be applied to the EVB return envelope images besides the “VERIFIED & APPROVED MCTEC” stamp?

12) Can signatures be removed and altered in the Signature Region of the EVB return envelope images?

13) Can any region of the EVB return envelope image be altered?

14) What is the Chain of Custody on alterations to the EVB return envelope images?

15) Is there revision tracking enabled on EVB return envelope image modifications?

16) What other image processing occurred on the EVB return envelope images prior to EchoMail receiving them?

17) Why are not all the bona fide i.e. “Verified and Counted” EVB return envelope images stamped with “VERFIED & APPROVED MCTEC?”

18) Given EchoMail has access to EVB return envelope images, where the stamp appears both behind and in front of a triangle, how does the County’s explanation resolve such examples? Do different image compression settings exist?

19) What is the exact process and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from receipt of the original EVB return envelope from the voter, to scanning, to stamping, to storage, and compression of the EVB return envelope images?
