Yeah. Imagine being a parent in Flint right now, knowing that your child faces a lifetime of lowered IQ, behavioral problems, and potentially violent behavior as s/he grows up.
I'd be first in line for the class action lawsuits that are being filed.

Let me give Senator Rubio a refresher course. Michigan officials, who commandeered control of Flint's local government through a disenfranchising emergency-manager process that suspiciously lines up with the main concentrations of African-Americans in the state, decided to temporarily use water from the Flint River for residential consumption while awaiting a new pipeline to Lake Huron.

The Contempt That Poisoned Flint's Water - The New Yorker
Even before the drinking water in Flint, Michigan, was found to be tainted with lead-before water from some areas tested at more than twice the level considered to be toxic waste, and public-health officials said that every last child in the city should be treated as if the child had been poisoned-the governor's office knew that the water was discolored, tasted bad, smelled strange, and was rife with "organic matter."

Undocumented immigrants late to know about lead in water, scared to get help
(01/20/16) - There are estimates that a group of people in Flint are not getting the supplies they need during this water emergency. Perhaps as many as 1,000 are not going to water distribution centers, they're not calling 211 and they're not getting deliveries. It's because they're scared.

Not only is the Michigan government poisoning residents, but now they are threatening to take their children for not paying for it. As the water crisis in Flint deepens, it is becoming apparent that the effects of the lead-infested water are not just a health hazard, but the situation has the potential of ruining many more lives outside of the poison issue.
