January 13, 2018 2:23 pm

A terrifying text message was sent out to Hawaii residents on Saturday morning, warning that there was an incoming ballistic missile, and that the warning was not a test. The problem? The message itself was wrong.

38 minutes - wow that is unbelievable. They need to build an oopsie button if it's that easy to create panic.

OK, so we cannot remove or delete something without an ARE YOU SURE message popping up but this is a one line mishap? This employee should not be getting the brunt of this. Whomever WROTE the damn program and APPROVED the damn program should have run it though their What Ifer a few times before actually implementing. Maybe they need a bugtester (ahem)

Well I cannot read the whole article, perhaps there was a confirm screen and we are all so used to clicking OK - however it really should look DIFFERENT form other screens.
