I always need help with my eating habits. I made some popcorn and it wasn't any good, but I ate some of the kernels that probably killed my teeth. Couldn't it be a plus if I put coconut oil on it instead of butter?   Has anyone noticed how the donuts have shrunk? My husband pointed it out to me when I bought some for our Seniors group the other day. Then, I gave lots away, but still had some to take home. :(

If I eat carbs they are as close the their original form as possible. Brown Basmati rice now snd then but never flour of any sort. Mostly stirfry type vegetables or tossed into soup made by simmering chicken legs or thighs for an hour. I think bone marrow is important.

Bone marrow or Beef broth is really in today. I like chicken soup. LOL  Why is everyone doing so good around here? Except me that is.
