Based on Malachi 3:16-18 I believe the Lord will harken to us as we consider his word together.
This is the new and Living way that has been opened for us. Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, Heb 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Amen!!!! This is the new and living way!!!
James: Or is it more accurate to say that the Word was dictated to the prophets, whom acted more as scribes, and that there was NO mixture of the fallen spirit of man into the writing of the Word of God?
Paul: I'd answer your original question: GOD. There can be no mixture, every word must be 100% GOD. That GOD may well incorporate the makeup of different scribes in the expression He desires may be, but when the dust settles, it is 100% GOD.
it is 100% GOD.
In the beginning was the word....and the word is God!
Yes, it is good to KNOW that every thought is from GOD as a Father to His child. This is the inheritance our Lord Jesus Christ purchased for us IMO.
However, SINCE the death, burial, resurrection, ascension and indwelling on the day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost has been given in a way that it does not have to EVER leave.
Didnt the Lord literally say "I will never leave you"?
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor -- forsake thee.
, whom acted more as scribes, and that there was NO mixture of the fallen spirit of man i
According to my understanding of the Scriptures, man's spirit is'nt exactly fallen, it is dead, as in no longer accessible, lost it's function. Thus, Adam lost his fellowship with God.
In the fall, man's soul became the self, it is fallen. Man's body became the flesh, it is fallen, but man's spirit died, i.e., although there is a spirit in man, it is as though it doesnt exist, until he is born of the Spirit.
Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins.
The beginning of life is to recover the function of our spirit by being born of the Spirit. This brings us back to the tree of life.
In John 3 Nicodemus, a very religious person, came to the Lord and basically said "Because we have seen so many miracles, we believe you are from God." Jesus turned him to his spirit. That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Salvation begins with the recovery of our regenerated spirit.
Romans 1:9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

Paul: reconciled to GOD and thereby restored to the tree of life((The only begotten)).
Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Gen 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Question: When God created man in the beginning, did He create man in the image and likeness of the Word?
If man was created in the image and likeness of the Word, then it is easy to understand how that by the disobedience of one word, man fell from the image and likeness of the Word, and therefore, the ENTIRE plan of redemption, salvation, transformation and restoration, is specifically to take us back to the image and likeness of the Word.
That one word was to place ourselves as final arbitrator = you shall be as gods, KNOWING good and evil.
When God created man in the beginning, did He create man in the image and likeness of the Word?
Christ, as the image of God is God embodied, defined, explained, and expressed. As such, He is the Word become flesh. Don't you think that was God's intention for Adam, to receive God as life so that he could embody, define, explain and express the Living God through his living?
This is God's intent and desire for the Body of Christ also, and is fulfilled and consummated in the New Jerusalem, in my humble opinion.
Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the Firstborn of all creation
Ephesians 1:5 Predestinating us unto sonship through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will
Ephesians 1:9 Making known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Himself.
It pleases God to reveal Christ in us.
