Thank you for all the information. It helps a lot. Currently waiting on geek squad to tune up computer and reinstall word. Might be awhile so I will check I to the castle and see what is happening.

EDIT: @sinbad - when I click your box, I am not able to see your wish list - why can't I give you a gift? There are a few others on my board that I cannot gift either???

@BernDover2: I just updated my wishlist, there should be two items in it. Not sure why it’s not flipping over for you. Friend boxes will not flip over if that person’s wishlist is empty.
