Yep, I have a whole lot of issues with that half century number. Drives me crazy. I had very long hair and very short skirts. When I think about it, I can't imagine walking up stairs or even getting on a mass transit bus in those skirts...but I did both. Crazy how things were 'back in the day.' LOL

I had the very short skirts, shoulder length hair and the platform shoes, also the maxi skirt later on. Remember the Hot Pants.

OMG, I had a pair of black platform shoes that I just loved...until I tripped and almost killed myself. Don't think I ever wore Hot Pants, but I had a crushed velvet bikini with metal decoration. Needless to say, that bikini wasn't meant for sun, sand or water! LOL LOL LOL

An Irish Painter
An Irish painter by the name of Murphy,
while not a brilliant scholar,
was a gifted portrait artist.
Over a short number of years,
as his fame grew and grew,
soon people from all over Ireland were coming to the town of Miltown in County Clare,
