I always try the new header in a new tab first. Sadly I will stick with the pretty ballons. I have some stomach problems at the moment and better keep a diet. The new header is too much to cope.

Now shrimps - that is something different!

We always fry them with some garlic and parsley. (I insist on doing it outside! We have a very nice loggia) Some people are content with some baguette to go with the scampi - and wine of course, Frascati is a good choice. I always make a risotto and some salat, green salat with pink grapefruit slices and a simple vinaigrette with some sweet chili sauce added. Could I tempt you?

Well, when I am back up and running you're all more than welcome but right now it's dark outside, except for occasional lightning to accompany the thunder and heavy rain. And I am living on tea, silent water, soup and today a bit of light pasta. Let's wait another week, guys.
