I’m looking for some event friends. Please note, as per Tiny Faerie’s post, these friends are not for gifting, but to help with the events.

I have been looking for some info on the Fall event. Mostly, I would like to know what friends are for if there is no Fall private room and how we can get items we need during the event other than gifting or banishing the morphing object.

The way the FE was last year (& in previous years) there's really no need to add extra friends if you're not intending to gift with them. 

However, IF the devs give us a new private room with HOS, then we will want extra friends in order to have access to more rooms every day. 

We just won't know until the Event begins. 

Also, during the Event, every HOS would give you the current year's items, & the DQs would give you the previous year's items.  The morphing pumpkins would give double coins, large pumpkins, & diamonds, but none of the other Event items. The Ghost Traps, candies, & pet parts all came from the HOS & DQs. 

Thank you. At least I have some understanding of what is going on, but I sure hope they decide to add a new room.

Thanks TF. It took some searching, and a bit of a mix up (I posted in the spring event one first cause I’m in Australia) but got there in the end.

Thanks for your info Druid. I hadn’t thought about the fact there isn’t a Halloween room, but I’ll still need extra friends for Xmas and Easter, so hopefully people will send invites anyway. 

Ok a thought just occurred to me. Do people remove friends after an event? My plan was to add about 50 event friends and keep them all year round. Also do you think 50 is a good number?

I've found that people come and go.. but events are a good way to find long term friends.

I have had over 100 friends on my PC game, used to be they would put FE (Fall Event) or SE (Spring Event) WE (Winter Event) after their name. So you knew they were only there for the event, but sometimes they stick around.

It's a hit and miss IMO.
