Isla La Tortuga - Venezuela's second biggest island, is uninhabited and being a national park can only be visited on weekends and public holidays. There are no hotels or touris facilities on the island so the only way to spend the night is sleeping in tents (or under the stars). This has to be one of the most unspoilt islands in the world and what better way to keep the masses away than to make it a protected area AND for it to be in one of the worlds most dangerous countries. Nailed it!
