Good night.................................
Queen Backs Brexit (Buckingham Palace has taken the highly unusual step of complaining to the press regulator IPSO about a frontpage story in the Sun on Wednesday that claimed the Queen had voiced strong Eurosceptic views and wanted Britain to quit the EU. The Independent Press Standards Organisation later issued an upheld ruling on the complaint by Buckingham Palace that The Sun breached Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors’ Code of Practice in an article headlined "Queen Backs Brexit". The editor of the Sun has insisted that the Queen “strongly” believes the UK should leave the EU, despite a ruling by the press watchdog that his paper’s "Queen Backs Brexit" headline was inaccurate)

Star Tribune (is the largest newspaper in Minnesota. It originated as the Minneapolis Tribune in 1867 and the competing Minneapolis Daily Star in 1920. During the 1930s and 1940s Minneapolis's competing newspapers were consolidated, with the Tribune published in the morning and the Star in the evening. They merged in 1982, creating the Star and Tribune, and it was renamed to Star Tribune in 1987. After a tumultuous period in which the newspaper was sold and re-sold and filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009, it was purchased by local businessman Glen Taylor (who also owns the Minnesota Timberwolves) in 2014)

Walter Cronkite - was an American broadcast journalist who served as anchorman for the CBS Evening News for 19 years (1962–1981). During the 1960s and 1970s, he was often cited as "the most trusted man in America" after being so named in an opinion poll. He reported many events from 1937 to 1981, including bombings in World War II; the Nuremberg trials; combat in the Vietnam War; Watergate; the Iran Hostage Crisis; and the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, civil rights pioneer Martin Luther King Jr., and Beatles musician John Lennon. He was also known for his extensive coverage of the U.S. space program, from Project Mercury to the Moon landings to the Space Shuttle. Cronkite is known for his departing catchphrase, "And that's the way it is", followed by the date of the broadcast.
CBS anchor Walter Cronkite announced the death of President Kennedy on November 22, 1963
I've read two books about Walter Cronkite. The first was Cronkite's War: His World War II Letters Home. Twenty-three years old and newly married, Cronkite was sent to England as a war correspondent. This story is told by his grandson, Walter Cronkite IV, with excerpts from the letters Cronkite sent his wife. The second, much longer book was Cronkite by Douglas G. Brinkley. Even though this was a long book it was very good.
