I have been out of the game for along time. What is up with the dont play the game banner. Safe or not.?

There is a major glitch resulting in lost games (worse than usual) which elephant games is working on fixing and hopes it will be fixed by the end of October. I'm not playing right now because of the problems.

I had a reply to my query to Elephant Games about whether it was safe or not.

Unfortunately, it's really hard to say whether it's safe or not. Current

problems are global, but some players were very lucky and did not

encounter problems at all. You can wait until the next update, just to

make sure you don't lose anything.

The update is scheduled to be released closer to Halloween.

Interesting! I'm not on here so didn't know about this. My game hasn't changed at all. And I'm still getting my 20-25 items a day from players who are friends! Maybe this is why they haven't started the Fall Event yet?? 

I play on an iPad Pro and am able to play without the major problems.

I got the update as soon as it was available and have had no problems. (I slowed down on leveling up after seeing so many posts over the years from people waiting for content updates.) It looks like a lot of the current problems are being experienced by players at the highest levels. Fortunately my two pc games are both doing Blue Key quests so I haven't needed to level up to complete any CC challenges so far. I hope the update for the event fixes the glitches.

Are most of the problems happening to players at certain levels and on certain devices (PC, iPad,)?
