Zendesk/BF Satisfaction Survey   Technical Issues

After multiple back and forth emails with a csr from Big Fish, I ignored her last repeat reply.   

So, yesterday, I got the email to "rate my satisfaction". 

I completed it, with comment and hit UPDATE.    It appears saved, but it is not in my sent emails. 

Weird or not?

Should I copy the link and my comments and send it as a new trouble ticket to BF?

Elephant will eventually help my game; I just want to be sure someone (higher-up than the rep assigned to me now) reads my comments.
