I have been playing since the Christmas event started and up until now I have gotten literally 3 wands. After doing more than 100 scenes, only 3 wands... What is up with that? Anyone having the same issues?

I just did about 30 of the Christmas HOS and got 4 wands. I also got 4 wands earlier when I completed the Daily Quest with the Christmas Elf. It was one that wanted some of the Christmas trade items. 

4 wands after 30 scenes.... I think that is still a low number.

And I also haven't gotten any wands from the Daily Quests either... What's going on?

My experience hasn't been quite as bad, but there are definitely a lot fewer wands being distributed in my game too. It's rare fore me to get one from an HOS now. I tried to notice whether I got more wands from past Christmas Rooms compared to the new one, but it doesn't seem to matter.

For the DQ, in past years I would usually get one when completing a quest. This year, I'm not getting wands when I finish a quest, but I do usually get 1 if not 2 wands when I open the iron chest for the next DQ. Luckily, during events I get a new chest to open every time I finish a task.

Unfortunately, there are so many different ghosts now that it takes over an hour, wandering all over the map, to chase down the 9 ghosts I need to finish a single ghost quest. Very tedious. I'm not one of the lucky people who has an amulet to help with the ghosts. Took me forever to finish the 5 quests for the CC task!

Good thing I had lots of stuff from past years so I can trade with the children for more wands (which I didn't really need to do in any other years). I feel really bad for the new players and the people who lost inventory in crashes. 

Be sure to add a trade item or two to your Wish List. People may not have extra wands to gift this year, but I think most people would gift a trade item. If you have less than 60 friends, definitely search the Friends category to find more. You'll need them.

Here's hoping they'll release a fix for the bugs before the event ends.

Yeah, I had no issues with wands during previous Christmas events. Never had to make trades before just to complete a CC challenge. That is why I am confused.

Seems all my friends are asking for wands which makes me believe they are also having a similar issue (maybe not as bad), so it won't do much for me to put the wand on my wishlist.

I don't think I'll de able to complete the CC challenge this year because of this. Too tiresome and never ending search for wands and trade items. No thanks.

If you run out of wands and click on a floater, it will allow you to purchase wands.  I don't recall what they cost, but if you have plenty of coins then that's always an option. That's something I've done in the past. I'd rather trade with the kids for the pink gift boxes to give to my friends because I can always purchase more wands if needed.

Same here...I did 100 HOs and got 2 wands! So am having to trade for them just to do the challenges. It is a problem because also not getting any gift boxes dropping. Maybe I'll do what LvlSlgr says and just buy wands when I'm out to catch the ghost.

Interesting....because my game gives them frequently.

Have you totally run out? ............the game is very stingy with granting items when you totally run out....

Best to keep a minimum of 20 in inventory (50 is best) so the game will continue to give them generously.

Found where the wands are dropping! I almost never send an airship unless Trina wants one and I can fulfill her quest at the same time. So I was doing blue key quests to get her zoom zone quota and with regular (not holiday) HOs was getting wands on a normal drop rate. But on the Christmas rooms it is a desert.

That is still weird and nonsense behavior from the game. It was not like that in previous events.

I had plenty of wands when the event started and still was getting almost nothing.

I don't want to spend my diamonds buying wands nor trading my christmas inventory, when this wasn't even supposed to be an issue.

 I just wanted to vent and see if someone else was having the same issue... Thks anyway!
