stuff Missing   Technical Issues

I don't know what I've done now but I'm missing my game manager and my game on my desktop.  This morning I lost my game and my gamemanager.  So I went in redownloaded my game manager and when I did it downloaded my game back.  All of it was there but nothing still shows up on my desktop.  I just tried to buy another game but it is like I'm not a member anymore.  It said if I wanted to join click here or something but it wouldn't let me.  I don't know what happened and I don't know how to undo it.   Can anyone help me?  I'm really upset about this one.  I've never had that happen before.    Any help out there please!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are on a PC with Windows, have you tried typing in" BigFishGames" in the search box bottom left on your desktop?

I just tried it (all in one word, no capitals), and got this as a result:

If you see this, then the Game manager is there and you can click it (or click on "open" )to start.

You could even try typing in Midnight Castle in the search box, see what results you get.

I tried it and it didn't come up.  And when I try to download the game manager it brings my game back  but it doesn't show the Game Manager of the game on the desktop.  An its like I am not a member of Big Fish anymore.  I just don't know what else to do.  Thank you for trying to help me.

I'm sorry that didn't work.

I know that there was an update to the Game Manager today, perhaps that update did something, logged you out of the GM maybe?

Something similar happened a while back when I tried to update the GM on a second account on my computer, this account did not have Admin privileges so it appeared as if the GM simply wasn't there, this was my niece's account.

When I switched back to my regular User Account, I could update the GM without problems.

But if you only have one User Account on your computer, that can't be what's causing it.

Perhaps you need to contact Big Fish Games customer service?

Click on ThisPC > Win 10 (C:) > Program Files (x86) > bfgclient

Inside the bfgclient folder, find the program flle bfgclient under the 3 folders. 

There should be 2 files with that name; your system may not show the dot and extensions after it.  That's okay.  The first file is just the icon image. Right-click on the second one and choose Send to > Desktop.
