To all my dear dear friends,

My laptop battery gave out, my system wouldn't open, the repairman said the battery was close to exploding, and it will take a week to ship another one ground, as it's hazardous material. Good grief!

With all that being said (to make a long story short), I then learned that since the system wouldn't open, another Windows 10 software application would have to be reinstalled. UGH!! Been through that three times since I've been with MC. Anyway, I had hope, as did my dear friend Ada, that my game would still be intact.... NOT! Downloaded the game again today, was given a new number, and NO, I will not start over. I'm sorry!

I wrote to Big Fish, and while in their web site, I learned that EG was slowing down on support for their games, and would eventually stop in March. However, I still wrote to them my "sad story" in hopes they'd give me a kind thought and help, but I also had to understand that with their employees being in countries that are in the War with Ukraine, or close to it, they would have to care for their well-being too. Yes, I am aware that BF could help with my game, but I am not willing to start over partially or otherwise. At my age, I'm just too tired to think of anything more. This time, my laptop beat me!

Wishing all my dear dear friends the very best in the game, and in life. If I'm lucky, and EG answers me, I will let y'all know the verdict.

I'm so sorry. Hopefully they can transfer your game.

I don't think they are giving up on MC just yet. On their facebook page there are asking people for what they would like in the next update. New land, room, characters, etc. Also mentioned the Anniversary. So maybe something for that.

I am so sorry to hear the problems you are having with laptop.  With the problems in Ukraine it is understandable they can't respond quickly, but I sincerely hope you will return someday.  All the best to you until then and take care. You will be missed as my long time friend.disappointed_relieved

To all those that contacted me, thank you for your thoughtfulness.

As I mentioned before, I contacted both Elephant Games and Big Fish. BF has responded, whereas EG has not. I'm sure all companies involved are busy, so a slow response is expected, but my worry is that with Big Fish, I won't get but part of my game replaced. My issue is, do I want to spent time replacing the missing.

I will think it over and let y'all know, and again, thank you for your kind thoughts.

Hello   I am now just checking in.  Really hoping your game comes back.  All of it.  I do understand if you decide not to resume with a new game.  How frustrating is that?!!  We have been friends for a long time and I wish you well.  Perhaps I will see you in the future at the castle or another game.

Letting you know that I relented, replied to Big Fish to let them recover - whatever they could - of my game. Hated the idea of a new ID, but what is... is!

Yes, we've been friends for a long time, and maybe we'll be friends again. Really though, a lot depends on what and how much of my game is returned to me. Because of the War in Russia and Ukraine, it is affecting what help Elephant Games can give. That, I understand. Will let y'all know how things turn out!

Dear Friends,

Letting y'all know that, after a lot of thinking, I decided to reply to Big Fish and get my game back on point. My old game information in #917173 was placed into my new ID #is now unlisted, I've sent out invitations to return to my game, and hopefully, by mid-week, I'll have added a Wish List.

Thank you for all your suggestions and ideas. Look forward to seeing all my friends in the Castle.
