I'm going to copy the repair instructions sent to one player from a BF customer service tech:

First, let's uninstall the Big Fish Games app if it's installed currently:
 
1. Move your mouse into the lower-left corner of your screen and right-click.
2. Select Programs and Features or Apps and Features.
3. From the list of programs, select Big Fish Games: Game Manager.
4. Click the Uninstall/Change button at the top of the list.
5. Confirm that you want to uninstall.
 
Then, let's run the Big Fish Games Removal tool to remove any damaged files. To get started, please click the link below and download and run the file.

Big Fish Removal Tool

1. Select Run or Save File to download the Removal tool
2. Next, open the Big Fish Removal Tool.
3. Once you’ve agreed to the terms, you will be given a page with two options selected, we can leave these both selected and then hit Proceed.
4. You'll get messages that the files were deleted, and after you hit Ok, the process should be finished.
5. After closing the program, please use the link below to try reinstalling the Big Fish Games app again:
