I cannot update. Big Fish cannot help. Anyone with the same problem?

Same here, my old kindle, which is messed up, got the update, but my newer one I play on did not. I've looked everywhere, tried everything, and no good. I even put in a ticket to the devs, and I got was uninstall, then reinstall, but I reminded them that on kindle, you can't do that or you lose your game. So after about 8 years of playing MC, I'm just gonna stop playing, kindle people just keep getting this BS and I'm sick of it, I've been playing MC for about 6-8 years but I'm going to just stop playing. This is no fun anymore. Riddler

Oh well, the devs just told me to uninstall then reinstall, which I'm told you cannot do on KINDLE or you will lose your game. Oh well sucks to be me. Farewell to everyone, and Via Con Dios!

What platform do you play on?

I play on PC and IPad. No problems on IPad, no update on PC. Don’t know what will happen if I uninstall. Have been playing from the beginning. Level 118.

Did you check the Game Manager manually for an update? If that didn't work then the only option is to uninstall then reinstall, then when you launch the game the update will automatically start. Many players have found this to work quite well, but it only works for PC. Do not try it for Android or IOS.

galphimia, I play on PC and my game manager showed the update, then it disappeared.  I checked everywhere to locate the update, but no luck.  I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and everything's fine.

I've been playing this game from the beginning and never had this issue with a game update before.  So I was a little nervous too with uninstalling the game.  But your game ID remains on your computer, so BF's servers can pick it up.

Unfortunately, if the update doesn't appear or, like in my case, disappeared, you have no choice but to uninstall and reinstall.

What will happen on PC .....If you uninstall the game from the Game Manager, use the "tree" on the left side of Game Manager to open PC games, search in the field for Midnight Castle, select that to install....the game will install. When you open the game that first time, there will be a huge download of the new material as it delivers your game to you from the server. Everything in your game will be there, friends included, same ID, and you will also have the new material to play.

What will happen on iPad if you uninstall.....You....will.....lose....your....game....on the iPad device....including all friends!!!

All is not totally lost, though....you simply re-install the game, play a couple of levels, send a ticket to Big Fish asking them to transfer the progress from the old game ID to the new one and you will have your entire game back on the iPad with everything there EXCEPT friends. This is because the friends file was on your iPad inside that game you deleted and the friends are poof. You will have to add them all back by sending invites to them.

Thank you, same thing happened to me. It has appeared, then disappeared and I couldn’t find it anymore. Had that issue never before, too.
