Can anyone tell me the best way to collect Pet Medallions?  They want 20 and I'm wondering if there is an easier way, than one at a time.

You get pet medallions from doing the DQs (1-3 depending on how many parts are in the DQ).  

I use my pets that usually give me rusty or wooden chests as these are the chests that may have pet medallions in them. I get between 1 & 3 each time that the medallions appear.  I also get pet medallions from the blue crystal chests that the exclusive pets bring.

You can buy pet medallions when you craft pet food and have zero pet medallions.  But this won't help with this task as the most you can buy in one go is 5 and then you won't be able to buy more until you use those up.  

I don't know any other faster way to get the pet medallions.

Buy the medallions. Use them. Buy them again. Now you've gotten 10. Use them, buy 5 more, now you've gotten 15, etc until you get to the required number. Expensive in diamonds, but quick to do. You don't need to have 20 medallions at the end, just to have gotten them.

Actually, not all that expensive.....the purchase of Pet Medallions with diamonds is the single cheapest item you can buy......they cost only 1 diamond each; the other closest thing would be an inventory item that would cost 3 diamonds and up.

I agree it isn't that expensive really, but that depends on the person actually having a plentiful supply of diamonds. If people have used them up to play the game faster, and don't have any, or very few, then it will be expensive in diamonds for them.

Most high level players should have a reasonable supply of diamonds, but I am not taking that for granted. 

Years ago, I'd decided that Market Master wasn't worth the effort compared to the final reward. ......Buy 1200 items and get 3 rare stamps as a final reward seemed rather cheap and chintzy. 

However, I came across a post where a player had commented that the cost for a Pet Medallion when you run out is only 1 diamond...............do tell!!!! Well, that made all the difference.

I had over 1000 Pet Medallions, but I was also working on the 3 DQ achievements. When the task was to craft x number of items, I crafted Simple Pet Food. When a CC asked us to craft x number of items, I crafted Simple Pet Food.

I soon ran out of Pet Medallions while working on other achievements.....I'd need 5 Medallions, but only had 3....bought 2....bought the remaining ones that I needed for whatever other task was relevant.

Completed that DQ task, got a Pet Medallion, maybe completed another one....next time I needed to craft something I had a few more Pet Medallions, but never enough to do the whole task.

I ended up getting Market Master relatively cheaply because I was purchasing the single item in the whole game that only cost 1 diamond.

I was lucky with the medallions.   I got a 3 part quest, each part with visiting HOS x 3, used an amulet, whizzed through parts one & 2, got feed pets and ended the DQ with 17 pet medals,  Got another DQ which gave me the remaining 3 pet medals.  Couldn't believe how lucky I was.
