HELP!

I forgot again how to get pet medallions other than doing tasks for the mechanical dude.  Any other suggestions?   Many thanks, Andree

When you buy the pet medallions for pet food, you then craft the pet food, which uses up the medallions, and you have none. Then you get to buy 5 more. Rinse and repeat until you have purchased the required amount. 

The challenge will just keep adding as you purchase. So you will have 5, then use them and buy 5 more, and the challenge will say you've gotten 10. You don't have to keep them.

To summarize....there are 3 ways you can get Pet Medallions:

1. You can feed pets .... choose those who will give you a wooden and iron chest on high percentage....those are the only two types of regular pet chests from which you will receive the medallions. If you are above Level 69 and have the exclusive pets, you can also receive Pet Medallions if you get a crystal chest from them.

2. You can do the Gnome Quests (as you already know)

3. If you have minimal of them, you can craft simple pet food (the cheapest)....it will require 5 Pet Medallions to craft 1 bag. If you totally run out of them to craft the bag of food, you can purchase them at the cost of one diamond per Pet Medallion.

.......Pet Medallions cannot be gifted, have never been offered on the Fortune Wheel, can not be selected as an item to win from the Puzzle urchin.

For those who seek Pet Medallions for the task that opened at GMT on Thursday, March 23..............please, please, please be aware that there is a 24-hour limit for collecting the Pet Medallions.

The clock starts when you get your first one....you have 24 hours from that time to get the remaining ones.

If you fail to collect all 20 in the 24-hour time limit.....even if you have 19 of them....they will ALL go away when the 24-hour clock runs out and you will need to start all over again.

Thanks a big bunch from Canada…. I just decided that I am not up to this challenge:  I have tried all the suggestions that I have received and I got one medallion out of it.  Not so worth it after all that it has costing me. But again, thank you for responding to my distress call.  Andree

I have no idea what Level you've reached in the game, but if you're still in one of the lower levels (1-50), the decision to stop is probably a good one.

You need a lot, lot, lot, lot of pets to feed and a bunch of pet food to blow through if you want to get 20 Pet Medallions in 24 hours by feeding pets. Most lower level players just haven't acquired those assets. Many also would have difficulty getting through enough of the Daily Quests to receive the 20 within only 24 hours.

In addition, there will be 7-9 airship sendings depending, again, on the level of your game and how many wheels are being delivered by your airships. That's a tough problem for any player regardless of level. (Well, someone maxed in the game who cares not to play with Trina would probably have many airship items to dump into the related airship tasks.)

The Castle Challenges were designed to keep upper level players busy between the content updates so they'll continue to "be in the game." In essence, they're just "busy work." They have no relevance to leveling up in the game and opening new areas.

Still, it's unfortunate that they don't at least make the first 10 tasks more reasonable for the lower level players so they can at least participate in part.

I am at level 121 and have a large inventory but that request of 20 pet medallions is a bit too demanding as far as I am concerned.  So, I gave up the challenge.  Thank you very much for all your help and have a super nice week-end!
