amazon fire easter update Technical Issues

I couldn't update my amazon fire with the easter spring event so I unstalled the game and now I can't reinstall it. Please help before the event ends. Thank you

If you uninstall the game on iPad, iPhone, Kindle, any Android device......you will lose the game from your device. The only recourse is to reinstall, play a couple of the first levels, ask BF techs to transfer your old game progress to that new game ID...They cannot restore your friends because they were wiped out when you uninstalled the game. So you'll need to re-invite friends.

On another forum, a player recently told me that Big Fish said to play up to Level 6 where John is introduced before contacting them for game progress transfer.

I can't get it to reinstall. It acts like the game is on the tablet but I cant find it and it won't reinstall.

I wish I could help further, but I don't know anything about the Amazon Fire and how things work on it. Hopefully someone else in the forum can help.

I know this sounds really silly, but have you tried shutting down your Kindle ( power off). I used to have problems updating my Kindle with every update. I would power off the Kindle completly, intall, power off again and than open the game. Another thing to try is to force stop the game, power off and than try to see if the game will reinstall. I hope this helps :) .LB.
