Has anyone else had trouble with the seasonal rooms playing wonky?    Seasonal Events, CCs and Updates

I can do the HOs, but there is a big pause when it ends and the items need to be collected. Same thing when I open a box. It has concerned me throughout this seasonal event, so I haven't done as many HO private rooms as I would like to. Oh, it is just the new room that acts that way. The older rooms act normal.

Has anyone else seen this?

Sadly, and unfortunately, many PC players experience issues with the private rooms having an inordinate amount of time when the final item has been gathered.

Have you cleared you cookies/history from all browsers? (Even if you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser, some things get deposited in Edge/IE. So it's necessary to clear history in that as well.)

Secondly....Check your AppData\Local\Temp folder under your user account. (AppData is a hidden folder, so you would need to open Windows Explorer...click on view at the top to get the ribbon to display. Put a check mark in the box next to File Name Extensions and Hidden Items (they will be on the right side)

Then navigate to your C:\ drive....select Users....then the user name you use to log onto the computer.....then AppData......then Local.....then Temp.

You will want to be sure you're INSIDE this folder, so look at the path at the top of the screen.......anything and everything in this folder is just junk items left over by the apps on your computer. Tap inside the folder, hold the crtl + a key to select all....then hit the delete button on your keyboard.

The items will go to your recycle bin...............ONCE AGAIN, VERIFY YOU WERE WITHIN THE FOLDER.....IF YOU ONLY GO TO THE APPDATA\LOCAL FOLDER AND DELETE EVERYTHING FROM THERE, YOU WILL BE DELETING SOME VERY ESSENTIAL ITEMS FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

Being inside the Temp folder and deleting items will do no harm to your computer, and will most likely improve overall performance. Then empty your Recycle Bin because items are held there by your Random Access Memory (RAM), and that can slow down things.
