Didnt work....SOB..  The new game can't be uninstalled ( with some game time on it)  We can't find where the data is to uninstall it to get a new game ID #  When we tried to transfer files to it, it came up as ground zero with my old original ID #  Don't know what to do now..wait for big fish.  I would like to contact them more directly with my quetions. Good morning,, I just saw your message ,   bummer,,, I wonder do you still have Oliver P "s  Big Fish  response ticket?? I would not delete him because HE was the rep who last restored my crashed game this year , and did a PERFECT job of it . I got almost ALL of my game back. please respond to him as your helper if you still have him,,, with a lot of patience on your part I do believe he will get your game back in great shape  IF possible. I feel for you, it really sucks that they do not have a way to completely save all players games and progress without fail on their end .   I will continue to play with you on the laptop game ,     Mare

I will try to send a extension of the ticket I have and try to explain what we tried to do to restore the game .  Begging for mercy.  Hoping to at least get another response other than the one he sent in July saying they were swamped.  It's frustrating because I can see the file.  It just won't transfer over.  When we try, it shows up as a new game with my old ID #.  Difi Diane

I wish I had better news for you.  Bob B with bigfish responded to my ticket.  He said he restored my game and gave me 500 diamonds.. I got the diamonds, but the game was at point zero.  Nothing was restored or transfered to the new game #.  I replied to ask for him to try again, but I don't know where I will stand now.  I'm afraid that my game is just lost forever. I'm playing on the laptop, but I'm so far behind compared to my original game.  Just frustrating to rebuild.  It'll just have to be a new challenge.

I'm thinking about trying to creat a new ticket #.  Explaining that the old feed has become cumberson, confusing to follow and the issue was not resolved. If you think this will hurt the issue, let me know.  Diane
