Well it looks like Mercury is in the microwave. I can't believe the trouble I'm having with my devices. Yesterday, my tablet screen started glitching, and we all know that means that the end is near. I ordered another tablet, and it's all set up except for my games. The new tablet updated via Google Play, and to my horror, it downloaded a fresh game, which I immediately uninstalled. My old tablet game is intact. Level 123. I will birth a whole cow if I can't transfer it. How do I avoid spontaneous combustion here? What do I do?

Submit a ticket to Elephant Games.....Give them the Old ID and the new ID (be sure to include the a for playing on Android). Ask them to transfer the game progress from old ID to the new ID. 

Be patient....they only do game transfers on Fridays because of the volume. Send ticket to: support@elephant-games.am

Thank you. What a mess. I was just making a list of over 120 friends that I don't want to lose when you posted this. I know that they are backed up for at least 3 months if not more. 

Wow! They transferred both games in less than 24 hours. I'm TOTALLY impressed! 

Well, I'm off to invite 125 friends now. 

Just FYI......they can transfer the game progress from one device to another because ALL the game files are on their servers. However, they cannot restore your friends because your list of friends is housed on YOUR device. If you accidentally delete your game from your device or if you transfer devices, those friends either go poof when you delete the game erroneously or remain on the old device. (Only your game ID and friends are on your individual device.)

.............on the other hand, if you ever get the message that there was a problem with your game save, most likely you'll receive Level 1 on your device. That means the save file never made it to the server and now the server has no record of your game.
