THANK YOU for reminding me to look on top of the fridge! I had rearranged the freezer last week and left my strap-on migraine/neck icepack on top. Been suffering a migraine and wonky neck for at least 3 days. Cool relief on the way now!

They aren't filled with cream. It's whipped eggwhite with sugar and coconut rasps set up in heaps and baked.

They are "French Style" Macaroons (probably why they are called Macarons).
It sounds Frenchy.
These are the images I got when I typed in Macaroons, and the image I chose said they were macaroons.
Either way, these ones are much prettier!
