Hi all, well it seems to be happening again.  I was in the middle of playing my game and it stopped me and told me there were changes and the update appeared and nothing is happening its just keeps telling me they are downloading and to be patient well after 15 min my patients has run out.  Anyone else having this problem

The same happened to me on iOS. I was finally winning a puzzle and boom! Changes blah blah, game has to restart. Then update said new content, needs 29 MB yes,no. I said no, but game wouldn’t load. Closed and restarted, said yes, spinning wheel with lots of be patient messages. Finally shut it down again, and popped over here to see if anyone else was experiencing the same problem. Guess I’ll stay away for a while...

I finally got on again to my game but I simply can not find out what the update was there has been no change to my game.  I wish they would not do that to us. 

Okay, got the new 2025 update this morning, took less than 10 minutes. Everything’s fine, no new content, just bug fixes, I guess. IOS folks, don’t be afraid! Good luck to all!

Seems to me there is an update loop that can’t be isolated and repaired. So, we will be periodically experiencing this reversion back from 2015 until who knows when. Discouraging, been three weeks now.  Back in the old days when I programmed, things were TESTED before they ever went live!!  

On a lighter note, my theory is that the CEO of the Russian company who developed the game donated millions to the Trump campaign and simply wants recognition from King Don.

Thanks for that I will just grin and bear.  I will continue to play and hope they sort it.  I did not realize it was a Russian company that put this game up.

I went out of town for 2 days, came back and I got 'waiting to activate' message.  When I click on it I got a '208" message.  "YOU MAY HAVE TO SIGN IN WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT'  I have no other account, it's the same account I've used for years.  What is going on?!?  I've tried the usual - sign off, sign in, re-start PC, etc.  I have not deleted and re-installed game and won't until I see some forward progress from other players.  This is beyond frustrating.  It's sit and wait again until Big Fish figures out what they are doing.

Did you try uninstalling the game manager and downloading it from BFG website?

I've been afraid to!  It just shouldn't have to be that way.  I'm getting tired of having to solve their problems.  Maybe I'll do it later when I'm not as steamed as I am now!  Thanks for the reply, I may have to bite the bullet!
