You know what those shamrocks look like? I remember when I was a kid cake decorations/candle holders would come on a cardboard sheet and the sheet had to be soaked with water for the sugar decorations to drop off. That's what those shamrocks look like.

Yep chocolate and mint go great together. I was thinking, you could probably buy shamrock chocolate moulds to make the shamrocks. They could be made with white chocolate and mix in some green food colouring (and some mint flavouring if so desired).

No need for the blessed thing to erupt!
Contain it nice and casually in a tea cup!
or
Half pint single cream
7oz plain choc
1 egg
1 tblsp brandy
Heat the cream until boiling
Add to broken chocolate and process until smooth.
Add the egg and brandy and mix well.
This says for 6 ramekins (or tea cups if you don't have any) but I get 8 - it is nice served with
crisp biscuits.

Simple yet elegant and looks yummy.
You will spend half a day making this Chocolate Eruption Cheesecake and will only be able to manage to eat one very small sliver
