Irving R. Levine - was an American journalist and longtime correspondent for NBC News. During his 45-year career, Levine reported from more than two dozen countries. He was the first American television correspondent to be accredited in the Soviet Union. He wrote three non-fiction books on life in the USSR, each of which became a bestseller.

The New York Times - is an American newspaper based in New York City with worldwide influence and readership. The Times has long been regarded within the industry as a national "newspaper of record." The paper's motto, "All the News That's Fit to Print", appears in the upper left-hand corner of the front page. Founded in 1851, the paper has won 130 Pulitzer Prizes, more than any other newspaper; as well as being ranked top 18th in the world by circulation and 3rd in the U.S.

The Oracle of the City of San Francisco (also known as the San Francisco Oracle, was an underground newspaper published in 12 issues from September 20, 1966, to February 1968 in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood of that city. Allen Cohen (1940–2004), the editor during the paper's most vibrant period, and Michael Bowen, the art director, were among the founders of the publication. The Oracle was an early member of the Underground Press Syndicate.

Queen Backs Brexit (Buckingham Palace has taken the highly unusual step of complaining to the press regulator IPSO about a frontpage story in the Sun on Wednesday that claimed the Queen had voiced strong Eurosceptic views and wanted Britain to quit the EU. The Independent Press Standards Organisation later issued an upheld ruling on the complaint by Buckingham Palace that The Sun breached Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors’ Code of Practice in an article headlined "Queen Backs Brexit". The editor of the Sun has insisted that the Queen “strongly” believes the UK should leave the EU, despite a ruling by the press watchdog that his paper’s "Queen Backs Brexit" headline was inaccurate)

Star Tribune (is the largest newspaper in Minnesota. It originated as the Minneapolis Tribune in 1867 and the competing Minneapolis Daily Star in 1920. During the 1930s and 1940s Minneapolis's competing newspapers were consolidated, with the Tribune published in the morning and the Star in the evening. They merged in 1982, creating the Star and Tribune, and it was renamed to Star Tribune in 1987. After a tumultuous period in which the newspaper was sold and re-sold and filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009, it was purchased by local businessman Glen Taylor (who also owns the Minnesota Timberwolves) in 2014)
