Use http://www.nurs.or.jp/~calcium/3gpp/ to convert movies to PSP!! The page is in Japanese but click the link that says 3GP_Converter034.zip.

Unzip to any folder (program files recommended). Run "Setup.exe" and switch it to English. Select the mode near the bottom Model: PSP Direct, Renamed.
Now run "3GP.exe" when ever you want to send I video to yur PSP, you may wanna make a shortcut on the desktop/start menu/QuicLanuch/etc. Now drag the file into the top area in the pic http://www.nurs.or.jp/~calcium/3gpp/images/3GPPConv_01.gif it says, some japanese writing then .mpg, drag yur vids here and it'll start converting! You may wanna click the browse button to select the folder where the MP4s come out, I think they go on the Desktop my default.
Drag the video in the white space there is says ----------------4.mpg or on the icon to the EXE or shortcut to the program! 
When converting is finished you can delete the THM file(s), Make a folder on yut memory stick called MP_ROOT and a folder called 100MNV01 inside MP_Root. Put the MP4s here and enjoy.
PS DO NOT RENAME THE MP4s!!! THE PSP NEEDS THEM TO BE NAMED LIKE M4V00001.MP4 PS If you minimize, it'll go down the the system tray [by the clock], if you use WinXP it'll notify you after every file is done.
