Welcome to the Western Reserve Constellation of the ISRA. The ISRA is a large international group of Yamaha Star owners and riders with thousands of members worldwide. The WRC was started in the spring of 2002, and members come from all over northeast Ohio. While our focus is promoting Stars and providing opportunities for our members to meet on and off their bikes, we welcome all makes and models of motorcycles, and riders of similar interests.
