Inwood's Forum

Inwood History James Renner, community district 12's historian; will answer questions about Inwood's history on The Inwood History discussion forum. There is also an Inwood History chat room. Should you flow through life without a feeling of lost youth and times; your life has been spent in controled thought. Lose control and come back to Inwood for awhile. When's the last time you took a walk? Click below and go to the park We do not want anonymity. If you can't let us know who you are; how can old friends get in touch with you? Doesn't that make sense? If you don't sign your postings, with your real name, you will be blocked. Use a signature file! If you have been a regular contributor, and I'll know it, you can get away with it for awhile but I'll probably want that AKA as a signature We are all from Inwood; so it should follow that we should all know each other. Maybe we didn't when we were all in the neighborhood but this is a new opportunity isn't it? It's still Inwood and I insist that you sign your postings with your real names. Mine is Robert Burns and I expect to know yours.

That is the only rule that I will get serious about. Everything else is up to the members. Use foul language and the members want you silent, you will be. Constantly cause trouble and the members want you gone, you're gone. I don't expect any of that to happen though. We have an opportunity here to catch up with old friends and neighbors along with making new friends. Let's not waste that opportunity.

There is another rule; that's about the age of those who can participate. Simple, you live or have lived in Inwood, you can participate.
