The Drifter Riders Forum is a meeting place for owners of the Kawasaki Drifter. Discuss idea's, problems, modifications, and general interest items on the Kawasaki Drifter, and other motorcycles as well.

" Any modification you see posted in the forums should only be done after much research and thought into safety issues with the modification your thinking about doing. a poorly engineered modification could cause injury or even death if it were to fail because of poor engineering such as using materials that were not designed to support stress's involved in motorcycling, I know it's everyones plan to make their Motorcycle something to be proud of, to be a real one of a kind show stopper, but lets be safe out there! Remember the price you pay for a poorly engineered product or home built part could be your life or life of a Friend or loved one. any such modification should be reviewed by a certified safety inspector for DOT"
