This forum is for homeowners with homes with construction defects. The building industry is trying to make it hard for the homeowners to take legal actions against them through Arbitration statements. Tell your horror stories here. Got questions, ask them someone will be along to help.

Start Page: Here you can see: a summary of the latest
discussions who's visited any announcements discussions elsewhere
on Delphi. Use the gray tabs at the top of the page to move around
the Forum.
Message Page: Want to get into the heart of the Forum?
Go ahead and start reading messages now by pressing the Start
Reading Button or Select one of the Recent Discussions. View the
message board by clicking the Messages tab at the top of the page.
To Change the Discussion Views:
Use the Show Discussion by to weed out messages you have already
read, View all, Unread to Me, Recent Unread, High Interest. Switch
between Basic View and Advanced View.
To change from Basic View to Advances View:
Us the Switch to View located in the gray box under the message
on the Message Page. Basic View allows the viewer to view one
message in a discussion at a time. Advance View allows you to
view multiple messages within a discussion at a time.
To Post a New Message:
From the Messages Discussion Page use the Post New at the
top left under Discussion, from the Post New under the heading
you want to post under, or at the bottom of the Messages Discussion
Page. From the Message Page, use the Post New from the top right
of the Message Page.
To Reply to a message, Edit a message, Delete
a message or Email to a friend.
Use the appropriate selection at the bottom of each message on the Message
page.
Rate a discussion based on your interests.
Use one of the 3 check boxes in the gray area below the Message Page. This will place your interest flag near the discussion topic..
If you are adding links or HTML code, be sure
to click the Message Contains HTML Button.
