Some guidelines: --
This is a forum for the discussion and debate of news and politics from a liberal standpoint. Conservatives are welcome as guests. That means that conservatives may argue their positions and disagree with those of the left, but since this IS a liberal forum, mere "bashing" and flaming of liberals will not be permitted.
If your only contribution is to flame, fling insults and silly names, your welcome will be quickly rescinded.
NO PERSONAL ATTACKS. NO FLAMES. Attack the words, not the person. Personal attacks will be removed from messages without comment.
If a moderator removes a personal attack from a message, and the poster re-edits a personal attack back in, that will result in an immediate ban from the forum, as it will show us that the person cannot be trusted with access.
However, some personal attacks, flames, etc., will be permitted, subect only to Delphi TOS, in the "Free Fire Zone" folder. Participants enter that folder at their own risk.
Also, in light of the lesson the right wing has taught us with their behavior at health care town halls, we will assume that their thuggish behavior, shouting down dissenting views, threats of violence, etc., are acceptable behavior in their sight. Therefore we will treat right wingers as they have treated others in these town halls.
If you have complaints about how the host runs this forum, send him an email: lordrag@delphiforums.com. Posts trashing the forum are not welcome on the board.
Deliberate disruption of the forum will not be tolerated.
Limit the amount of "cutting & pasting" from outside articles. We prefer your own comments with a link back to the source.
Please keep the flames to a flicker.
The host reserves the right to edit or delete, without comment, any abusive or offensive messages.
The host exercises sole discretion as to who and what messages are allowed in the forum. "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."
In all other matters, Delphi's TOS rules apply.
