Forum Guidelines.
This is OUR house, and we expect everyone to respect it as such.
"Always ride safe - Don't Give The Club A Bad Name - Support Your Club and Chapter"
The main purpose of this forum is to facilitate communication within the Texas SCRC membership body regarding rides, events and other club related issues. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to communicate in a free, friendly and open manner. The following guidelines are established to insure the orderly posting of messages and a positive image of the club through this forum.
- Profanity, obscenity and sexually explicit language are not allowed on this forum. Foul language may be edited out or deleted.
- Threats of bodily harm, either expressed or implied, are not allowed on this forum.
- Libelous/slanderous/derogatory statements about others, the SCRC Local leadership, State, National, or the club as a whole, are not allowed on this forum.
- Abusive and harassing messages are not allowed. Similarly, bigotry and hate messages are not allowed on the forum. Insults will be deleted. Please respect your fellow members and your Club while here.
Opinions and disagreements and spirited discussions are fine. Do so respectfully. 'Flames', bashing, spamming, trolling, hearsay, gossip as well as any other malicious or otherwise damaging actions will not be tolerated here.
- Commercial messages are not allowed. This does not apply to member opinions of products, the club store or Delphi vendors, or private transactions/sales between members.

All rides and events other than a Southern Cruisers Riding Club ride/event must be submitted to the Forum Host for review prior to posting on the Texas Southern Cruiser Forum. Rides/events that have not been submitted may be removed.
Qualifying Statement:
The SCRC supports the free expression of ideas and opinions by all members and they are encouraged to do so. Any member may express his opinion and or disagreement with other members within the parameters of the above forum guidelines. Non-members are welcome to visit and post here, but are to refrain from interfering/meddling in club business.
Violation Procedures:
- Violations will be deleted and the Member (or visitor) will not receive a warning. However they will be informed of the deletion.
- Repeated violations will result in the member being gagged or locked out of the forum.
- Any member of the SCRC, who believes he/she has been wrongfully deleted, gagged or locked out, has the right to appeal to their First Officer. The First Officer can, appeal to the State Officer if they also think the action was not inline with the guidelines set out here.
