The VSC is a stamp club for those of us online. You may have heard of it as Delphi's Stamp Collecting Forum, which it still is. It just got bigger.
Chartered in 1995 as the first electronic chapter of the American Philatelic Society, it is now also a chapter of the American First Day Cover Society.
Membership requirements are simple:
Show up!
Enter our Message Board or participate in one of our chats, and you can count yourself a member of The VSC, APS Chapter #1461, AFDCS Chapter #84. That's all there is to it: No dues, no applications, no oaths, no secret handshakes.
To make our message board more enjoyable and inform-ative for everyone, we have a few simple rules:
- No libel, slander or personal attacks. We can express opinions without 'em.
- No plagiarism. If you wish to cite a published report, write a short summary and provide a link to the full story.
- No obscenity.
- No pornography.
- No scams or frauds.
- Buy, Sell and Trade messages are permitted, but only in the Buy/Sell/Trade folder.
- Please do not post excessive Buy, Sell or Trade messages.
- Please include the country of the material being offered in the listing.
