Front & Rear Speakers Change:
It's a common upgrade to replace the speakers on the Venture with a good aftermarket brand. The OEM speakers are 4" speakers that are 2 inches deep. You can spend as little as $30 bucks or over $100 for upgraded speakers with a poly cone. The rear speakers are the same size as those used in the fairing. Alpine Model SPS-400 and Polk db-401 will fit. You can check out the selection at Crutchfield and look for speakers with a polypropolene cone.
To replace the rear speakers you need to pull off the black armrests that are held on with double-sided tape. You can get replacement tape at Autozone.
