 Welcome

Welcome. This is a site for former and transitioning 3ho members to discuss their experiences with each other.

After leaving 3ho, I searched the internet and found no way for EX Members to communicate with eachother. Eventually, we started in August of 2000, the first X-3ho Sight at Yahoo.com. Eventually X-3HO got moved over to Delphi, and X-3ho Friends broke off and a new group was started. From there came X-3HO Conversations which I am happy to carry on with a new name X3HO Insights and Stories. There is a "People's History" contained within the annals of these sights.

Every time I think that we have all told our stories over these years and said everything we wanted to say, someone new comes along I am fascinated all over again.

Now Yogi Bhajan has died, and no doubt 3ho will go through major transitions. How will he be remembered, and how will the group inspire the discipline that he demanded?

In any case, I'd like to invite anyone to speak who has given thought to how this group has affected them over the years. What turned out to be true, and what was a lie? This includes people who had only short interactions, people who may still have family members involved, and those who have managed to get on with their lives. Any "second generation" members or people who were sent to school in India are particularly welcome. Your stories are unique and only you can tell them.

For some, this group destroyed their families, their careers, and their sense of belonging to society. For others, they may remember the friends and inner life they had to leave behind to be able to mature and take the next step on their spiritual path. Surely, this group did not allow for growing up, making personal decisions, individuality, or even moving on.

In any case, We are all here to help eachother with their epiphanies, and just share what we have learned. Connecting with old friends is welcome as well.
