Congress changed the definition of a vaccine weeks before COVID-19, and the CDC changed the definition of a vaccine again, very recently. This is highly significant, because anyone relying on Supreme Court decisions that allow the government to issue VACCINE MANDATES, should not be including THESE so-called vaccines, which are new, experimental, dangerous, and entirely different.

Congress made crucial change to vaccine definition weeks before COVID-19

Without a quiet change to federal law just before the onset of COVID-19, the experimental, mRNA COVID jabs may never have been labelled as vaccines. A previous article on LifeSiteNews.com described the major conflicts of interest observable during the process leading up to the U.S federal government’s emergency use authorization of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. In December 2019 (before reported outbreak of COVID-19), the U.S. federal government signed a contract with one COVID-19 vaccine maker, Moderna, which “stated ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates are developed and jointly owned” by both Moderna and the U.S. federal government, the article explains. ~~~~~~~~~~

Prior to the 2019 change to U.S. federal law, the legal definition of biological product was as follows:

The term “biological product” means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein (except any chemically synthesized polypeptide), or analogous product, or arsphenamine or derivative of arsphenamine (or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound), applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings. (emphasis added)

The December 2019 change to the definition of “biological product” is found in the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, and is as follows:

SEC. 605. BIOLOGICAL PRODUCT DEFINITION.

Section 351(i)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 262(i)(1)) is amended by striking “(except any chemically synthesized polypeptide).” ~~~~~~~~~

The significance of this change is that the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines chemically synthesize the SARS-CoV-2 “Spike” (also known as the “S”) protein. (As of the time of this writing in August 2021), both mRNA COVID-19 vaccines which were given “emergency use authorization” by the FDA are “nucleoside modified” which means that they are “chemically modified” and programmed to synthesize the SARS-CoV-2 S protein.

Waterford, Ireland Exposes Covid Vaccine as a Fraud

What do you call a city where 99.7 percent of adults over the age of 18 (as registered in the last census) are fully vaccinated but now fighting one of the highest Covid-19 infection rate in their nation? You call it Waterford, Ireland.

Waterford City's south electoral area has a 14-day incidence rate of 1,486 cases per 100,000 of the population, three times the national average which stands at 493 infections per 100,000 people.

This is a damning indictment of the validity and reliability of the Covid-19 vaccine taken by this community. A genuine vaccine is supposed to protect you against being infected by the virus the vaccine was created to stop. Tell that to the sick folk in Waterford.

But Waterford is not alone in seeing the vaccine fail to protect those vaccinated from the ravages of the Covid virus. A recent study in Israel found that vaccinated people were 13 times as likely to be infected – and 7 times as likely to be hospitalized – as unvaccinated people with natural immunity. It concluded:

This study demonstrated that natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to the BNT162b2 two-dose vaccine-induced immunity. Individuals who were both previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant.

Alex Berenson is reporting that:

The British government is warning that people who receive the vaccines appear to have a less complete immune response to Sars-Cov-2 after infection. Maybe even more concerning, scientists now have found evidence the vaccines may produce worrisome longer-term changes in the immune system.

The Covid vaccine is not working as predicted nor as advertised. Instead of bringing health, the vaccine appears to be facilitating more pervasive infections of Covid variants. We know that many will not take any more shots. The Pharma companies are liars as are many of our so-called public health figures. Many no longer trust anything the CDC reports and the FDA had already proved itself to be a corrupted institution beholden to the pharmaceutical industry.

And that's just using the short term effects. The long term effects have not happened yet, but they may be coming, and they may be devastating. How can they vaccinate the world with experimental drugs whose long term effects are unknown? Anyone have any good answers?

How to Counter Government Programming and Wake People Up to the Astronomical Adverse Reaction Reports

The data shows the vaccines are so bad, it's difficult for people to accept it. Week in and week out, we post the VAERS data dump, usually on Fridays. The stories have grown less and less popular for a reason: They don’t seem to have an effect on waking up the masses to the dangers of the Covid-19 “vaccines.”

We will continue to post them because the information is important and must be kept at the top of mind. In the United States, we’re approaching one million reported adverse reactions (see below). Considering even the CDC acknowledges that the data only accounts for 1%-10% of actual cases (and we’ll lean towards 1% since they’ve made it so difficult to file a report), that means in a few weeks we will have had between 10,000,000 and 100,000,000 adverse reactions to the jabs.

In a sane world, we would have put a halt to administration of the injections until they figure out how to make them safe. In a sane world, our government would have acknowledged that since they don’t offer an ounce of protection against infection and do not reduce their recipients’ ability to transmit the disease, we need to slow down and figure it all out before pushing forward. In a sane world, there wouldn’t be so much fear over a disease that has a 99.94% recovery rate for people under the age of 50. ~~~~~~~~~~

“Do you trust the government, or do you trust the science?”

Invariably they will claim they trust the science. They may object and say the government is leading the science, at which point one should chuckle at their naivety. It’s imperative that we make people realize the agenda our government is pushing USES science to achieve their own goals. It’s not driven by science. If it was, a lifetime bureaucrat like Anthony Fauci wouldn’t be leading the charge. If science had anything to do with the vaccination programs, the people approving and recommending them wouldn’t be made up of current and former Big Pharma executives.

Unfortunately the "severe risks" in this story are financial, and not medical. We need some rulings that say that people do not have to risk their lives with experimental drugs when the disease kills or incapacitates a very small percentage, and there are non-vaccine remedies readily available.

It would not be bad, in my mind, for these rulings to alert that public that these drugs are so new and unknown, very different from any other vaccines historically, that they could possibly kill half the world's population in a few years. They should point out that the FDA has never rushed out such dangerous experiments before. In other words, the vaccines may be FAR FAR worse than the disease, and no one can say otherwise with any certainty (with the possible exception of the Chinese who may know exactly what these vaccines are going to do to people over the long term).

In September the Biden Regime dropped the iron fist on the private sector and mandated all employees get jabbed or tested weekly for Covid… OR ELSE. In addition to telling all 2.1 million federal employees to get jabbed or face firing, the Biden regime mandated all companies with 100+ employees to either test workers or prove they are vaccinated.

Small businesses that do not comply with the Biden Regime’s new Covid mandates will face hefty fines. The mandate was supposed to go into effect January 4, 2022. However, last week an appeals court issued a stay and temporarily halted Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees.

The ruling in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit came after several Republican state attorneys general filed lawsuits against the administration. The court said that they found “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the mandate. The Biden Regime was directed to respond to the request for a permanent injunction against the ruling by Monday evening.

On Friday the US Appeals Court for the Fifth Circuit upheld its decision to put a halt on Biden’s vax mandate for businesses with 100 employees. The court said the mandate “exposes [petitioners] to severe financial risk” and “threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects).”

The Pfizer CEO on Tuesday said people who dare ‘spread misinformation’ about Covid vaccines are “criminals.”

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla is now attacking the First Amendment.

Bourla said people who circulate misinformation about Covid jabs and dare speak ill of his product are “criminals.”

“Those people are criminals,” Bourla told Atlantic Council CEO Frederick Kempe on Tuesday. “They’re not bad people. They’re criminals because they have literally cost millions of lives.”

Bourla said life won’t go back to normal until the vaccine holdouts take the jab.

“The only thing that stands between the new way of life and the current way of life is, frankly, hesitancy to vaccinations,” he said.

These lies were soon exposed. Except for people with serious illnesses who were left untreated, Covid had a low fatality rate. The large number of alleged Covid cases was manufactured by the use of the PCR test intentionally run at high cycles known to produce mainly false positives. The jabs do not protect. Thus the advent of booster jabs and the protocol that the vaccinated continue to wear masks. The “vaccine” is associated with a high rate of deaths and injuries, rates far higher than rates associated with vaccines and medicines the use of which was stopped. The vaccinated spread the virus more easily than the unvaccinated. The majority of hospitalized Covid patients are vaccinated people and people suffering adverse reactions to the “vaccine.” The “vaccine” permanently impairs your natural immunity. Deaths and injuries rise with the rate of vaccination. The larger the percentage of a population vaccinated, the higher the excess deaths.

Whereas your statement is likely true, I point out that myocarditis is only one of the "known" effects of these experimental chemical soup vaccines. The "unknown" effects, which may be devastating are unknown because these vaccines are too new to have been properly tested and studied for their long term ramifications.

Pfizer Vaccine Approval Part of a Conspiracy to Harm Children

~~~~~~~~~~ Ardis had strong words for the FDA advisers who voted in favor of allowing the vaccine to be injected into children aged five to 11. “Shame on the FDA committee members who voted yes to inject five- to 11-year-old Americans. I actually am so disgusted. I think you’re all complicit in any murder of children who die from myocarditis as a result of this. Citizens in this country should hold you accountable,” he said.

Karen Kingston agreed with Ardis, saying: “This is nothing short of conspiring to commit aggravated assault and murder of children and adults through coercion. That’s what the FDA is doing. These are all criminal acts.” According to the former Pfizer employee, there is a more sinister purpose to the vaccine approval.

“I think it’s actually a plot to do harm. You actually are plotting and intentionally wanting to hurt children and teenagers, or you’re being bought off or bribed. Regardless, you’re complicit in the maiming and injuring of children,” she said.

“I feel that people need to understand that they were deeply betrayed. I mean – some people got two shots and a booster, but they’re still wearing masks … and getting PCR tests. This is not for your health, this is for you to be obedient to a sickness program.”

Kingston: No shot is superior to children’s natural immunity

Kingston also pointed out that no vaccine can surpass the protection granted by children’s own immune systems. “It’s very clear that it is clinically and statistically impossible to make a vaccine that’s more effective than a child’s or teenager’s natural immune response,” she said. “Their natural immune system – what God gave them – is more powerful than this computer-generated artificial intelligence genetic code that generates disease-causing spike proteins in your body. The whole thing is just beyond criminal.”
