Calif. school district will not comply with vaccine mandate

A school district in Sacramento, California unveiled they will not be following Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-Calif.) coronavirus vaccine mandate.

The announcement came Wednesday, after the Calaveras Unified School District voted to not “support, enforce or comply” with the order Tuesday night. Earlier this month, the district noted they were made aware of potential impacts of liability exposure, funding loss and other formal actions that could be taken against the district. However, they held strong in their unanimous decision.

The mandate would apply to both students and staff and comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) authorized the jab for kids ages 5-11. The school district’s decision also goes against doctor recommendations that have said vaccination is necessary in order to “keep our communities safe and our schools open.”

Oklahoma National Guard defies Pentagon, won't impose COVID-19 vaccine mandate

The newly installed head of the Oklahoma National Guard has ordered that troops under his command will not be forced to comply with the Pentagon's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for members of the armed forces.

“No Oklahoma Guardsman will be required to take the COVID-19 Vaccine,” Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino wrote in a Thursday memo. The memo was at odds with a Defense Department directive that the "total force" - including the National Guard - must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Mancino noted in the memo that Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt is the organization's “lawful Commander in Chief” when not under federal orders, implying that Stitt - not Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin - has the final call on any vaccine mandate.

Mancino wrote in the memo that "no negative administrative or legal action will be taken" against guard members who do not get the vaccine.

Governor Kevin Stitt earlier this month asked Austin to suspend the vaccine mandate for members of the Oklahoma National Guard.

“It is irresponsible for the federal government to place mandatory vaccine obligations on Oklahoma national guardsmen which could potentially limit the number of individuals that I can call upon to assist the state during an emergency,” Stitt wrote in a Nov. 1 letter to Austin.

"This mandate violates the personal freedoms of many Oklahomans, as it asks them to potentially sacrifice their personal beliefs in order to not lose their jobs," Stitt wrote. "All of our national guardsmen take this calling very seriously. These are patriotic citizens who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect others in our communities during times of greatest need."

Austin has not directly responded to Mancino, according to an official with the Oklahoma National Guard.

The Pentagon is aware of the memo and the letter from Stitt, and “will respond to th

The Pentagon Just Responded to Oklahoma National Guard Unit That is Refusing Vaccine Mandate

Promoted Content The Pentagon responded to the Oklahoma National Guard unit that is refusing to enforce the Covid vaccine mandate. On late Saturday, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby cautiously addressed the explosive development.

“We are aware of the memo issued by the Oklahoma Adjutant General regarding COVID vaccination for Guardsmen and the governor’s letter requesting exemption. We will respond to the governor appropriately,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said.

Kirby stated that Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin “believes that a vaccinated force is a more ready force,” and that is “why he has ordered mandatory vaccines for the total force, and that includes our National Guard, who contribute significantly to national missions at home and abroad.”

As reported earlier, the Oklahoma National Guard unit has made itself clear to the Department of Defense it has no intention of enforcing its Covid-19 vaccine mandate. The commanding officers are allowing the troops to opt out of the requirement, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.

“The Oklahoma National Guard has rejected the Defense Department’s requirement for all service members to receive the coronavirus vaccine and will allow personnel to sidestep the policy with no repercussions, a potential blueprint for Republican governors who have challenged Biden administration mandates,” the Washington Post reported.

Republicans flip school boards across US as parents revolt against mask mandates, CRT

Conservatives have made gains on school boards across the U.S. this year, including in solidly Democratic counties, amid a growing parent revolt against Critical Race Theory and public health restrictions.

In Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Republicans flipped two school boards this month, gained seats on three others, and won several other local races, National Review reported. Montgomery County, a Democratic bastion near Philadelphia, voted for Joe Biden by more than 26 points in Pennsylvania’s notably error-plagued 2020 election.

The Republican victories came despite now-characteristic mail-in ballot issues, including printing errors that impacted around 25,000 ballots. Julia Vahey, the executive director of the Republican Committee of Montgomery County, said that she was not told about 9,000 “defective” ballots until the day after the election.

GOP candidates – most of them local parents – took over Montgomery County’s Perkiomen Valley and Boyertown School Boards often running against Critical Race Theory (CRT) and leftist ideology in classrooms. Many counted on backing from grassroots pro-freedom groups, like Back to School PA, actively working to rescind mask mandates and other COVID-19 restrictions.

Republicans similarly gained in Philadelphia-area Bucks County, a swing county that Biden won by 4 points last year, sweeping the Pennridge School Board and picking up three seats on the board of Central Bucks, the third largest school district in Pennsylvania.

A slate of conservatives dominated the Pennridge elections with a “Parents over Politicians” theme, pushing back on a new “diversity” initiative and mask rules, according to local news. Republicans also won the Bucks County district attorney and sheriffs’ races and ousted Democratic incumbents in other county elections.

"That (no mask) gamble (in the UK) appears to have paid off. A recent DailyMail.com analysis found that kids in the U.S. are being hospitalized at a rate up to four times higher than kids in the UK.."

US only among seven countries in the Western world recommending kids wear masks in schools | Daily Mail Online

The U.S. is one of the few countries still recommending masks in schools as most nations let kids attend classes without face coverings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~

In fact, 68.2 percent of the 500 of the largest school districts in America still require masks, according to data analytics firm BurbioBut there are only six other nations in the Western world that require or strongly advise kids to cover their noses and mouths.

Meanwhile, more than a dozen other countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany and Australia have since dropped their mask mandates or never had them to begin with.

Aside from the U.S., DailyMail.com could only identify six other Western countries where masking is broadly required or recommended in schools: Canada, France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain. ~~~~~~

The risk of being hospitalized and death is much smaller with less than 0.1 percent of kids falling severely ill or dying of Covid. And because of this low risk, most Western nations have opted to ditch the masks and have kids return to 'normalcy' in classrooms.

In the UK, for example, millions of children returned to schools in early September with face coverings not required. ~~~~~~ That gamble appears to have paid off. A recent DailyMail.com analysis found that kids in the U.S. are being hospitalized at a rate up to four times higher than kids in the UK.

"This lawsuit will likely have nationwide implications as many hospitals and medical facilities have imposed similar restrictions on their doctors..."

Dr. Paul Marik Files Epic Lawsuit to Allow Physicians to Prescribe Life-Saving Ivermectin Protocols in Fight Against Covid

Ivermectin works against Covid-19. Study after study demonstrates that treatment regimens such as the MATH + Protocol can reduce the mortality rate of patients dying from the disease. It has also been shown to be extremely effective as an early treatment, and some say it’s effective as a prophylactic.

Dr. Paul Marik has prescribed such protocols for his patients since the early days of the pandemic, but his hospital has been prohibiting Ivermectin and other FDA-approved drugs from being used. As a result, the mortality rate for Covid-19 has gone up, but the hospital continues to play the political game of panning the life-saving drug even as lives are being lost.

Dr. Marik has filed a lawsuit against the hospital system for which he works, Sentara Healthcare, to force them to allow doctors to prescribe whatever treatments they deem appropriate, particularly for terminally ill patients. This lawsuit will likely have nationwide implications as many hospitals and medical facilities have imposed similar restrictions on their doctors that Sentara Norfolk General Hospital has.

As Director of the ICU, Dr. Marik has extraordinary visibility on how patients dying from Covid-19 react to various protocols. He is a not a “fringe” physician or an “anti-vaxxer.” He simply wants to offer his patients the best possible treatment and the science points to the various Ivermectin protocols as giving them the highest probability of survival.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA technology used in two of the three “vaccines” offered in the United States, Tweeted his support for Dr. Marik’s quest.

As Dr. Malone noted, hospitals and medical licensing boards have been actively hunting down doctors who are not perfectly aligned with the prescribed mainstream narrative. They are preventing medical professionals from speaking out against vaccines or in favor of Ivermectin despite the fact that there is an abundance of scientific studies backing both perspectives.

CDC Admits Crushing Rights of Naturally Immune Without Proof They Transmit the Virus

After formal demand, the CDC concedes it does not have proof of a single instance of a naturally immune individual spreading the virus.

You would assume that if the CDC was going to crush the civil and individual rights of those with natural immunity by having them expelled from school, fired from their jobs, separated from the military, and worse, the CDC would have proof of at least one instance of an unvaccinated, naturally immune individual transmitting the COVID-19 virus to another individual.  If you thought this, you would be wrong.

My firm, on behalf of ICAN, asked the CDC for precisely this proof (see below).  ICAN wanted to see proof of any instance in which someone who previously had COVID-19 became reinfected with and transmitted the virus to someone else.  The CDC’s incredible response is that it does not have a single document reflecting that this has ever occurred.  Not one.

In contrast, there are endless documents reflecting cases of vaccinated individuals becoming infected with and transmitting the virus to others.  Such as this study.  And this study.  And this study.  And this study.  It goes on and on…

But it gets worse.  The CDC’s excuse for not having a shred of evidence of the naturally immune transmitting the virus is that “this information is not collected.”  What?!  No proof!  But yet the CDC is actively crushing the rights of millions of naturally immune individuals in this country if they do not get the vaccine on the assumption they can transmit the virus.   But despite clear proof the vaccinated spread the virus, the CDC lifts restrictions on the vaccinated?!  That is dystopian.

The facts about natural immunity are simpleEvery single peer reviewed study has found that the naturally immune have far greater than 99% protection from having COVID-19, and this immunity does not wane.  In contrast, the COVID-19 vaccine provides, at best, 95% protection and this immunity wanes rapidly.  I am no mathematician, but a constant 99% seems preferable to a 95% that quickly drops.  And, while the vaccinated readily transmit the virus, not so for the naturally immune.

"politicians who want to exert ever-greater control over our lives have consistently misrepresented and exaggerated data relating to covid in order to instill fear and to justify harsh measures..."

Liberal Governor Tried to Pump Covid Numbers to Justify Shutdown

A whistleblower has leaked an email exchange dating to October 2020, in which the Chief of Staff to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz tells the state’s Department of Health that the Department’s numbers on how covid was spreading were “less useful than what I expected” because “these numbers are small.” The Commissioner of Health said, in turn, that “people look at the primary case numbers and think those are small impacts that don’t justify the dial backs we propose.” She urges her staff to engage in “creative thinking.”

As I understand it, what is happening here is that the governor wanted to order restrictions on “social gatherings, weddings, funerals,” but the Department of Health’s data on origin of covid infections showed such a small number coming from those events that people wouldn’t buy the governor’s proposed shutdown. So the Department of Health was encouraged to calculate second and third generation infections on into the future–“generations of transmission”–to make the numbers look bigger.

On November 10, 2020, Governor Walz issued Emergency Executive Order 20-96, titled “Restricting Social Gatherings, Celebrations, and the Hours and Operations of Bars, Restaurants, and Venues to Prevent Further Spread of COVID-19.” This is the order for which the governor wanted the Department of Health to dummy up more compelling data. The order recites:

Due to careful contact tracing and continuous research, we now have a far greater understanding of the ways that the pandemic spreads. Greater knowledge allows us to be more surgical in our approach to mitigation, especially when faced with the current surges. The present data points to social gatherings (including friends and family gatherings at private homes), celebrations, and bars and restaurants as the most significant source of COVID-19 spread in the state. This was never true, and there were never any strong data to support the claim. ~~~~~~~~~~~~

These leaked emails provide a small window into a phenomenon that we have seen over the last year and a half at the federal level and in many states: politicians who want to exert ever-greater control over our lives have consistently misrepresented and exaggerated data relating to covid in order to instill fear and to justify harsh measures that have damaged the quality of life of many millions of Americans. There is little or no evidence that extreme covid shutdowns did any material good, but we know they did a great deal of harm.
