        "The district has only 30 days to comply, or it stands to lose Title IX fdereral funding."

        Why do state schools receive federal funding? It is not constitutional. The feds then make the rules, usurping States Rights'. Each state was to create its own system of education, and if a citizen didn't like it, he could move to a state he liked better. That system was to create "competition," between the states...to make everything better.

'Complete anarchy' as Obama invades girls' showers

Feds force school to comply with 'profoundly stupid' rule

The Department of Education is demanding that an Illinois school district allow a boy who identifies as a girl and plays sports on a girls team to have full access to the locker room and showers with the girls on the team.

The district has only 30 days to comply, or it stands to lose Title IX fdereral funding.

“Some things are so profoundly stupid that, the fact is, it’s hard to respond to something like that,” said Liberty Counsel Chairman Mathew Staver, who has also been in the news recently as the lead counsel for Rowan County Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis.

This federal government's decision follows a 2013 legal challenge to Township High School District 211 that the boy filed through the American Civil Liberties Union. The district allowed the unnamed male to play on the girls team since he identifies as female but refused to allow him to dress and shower with the girls.

“All students deserve the opportunity to participate equally in school programs and activities – this is a basic civil right,” Assistant U.S. Secretary for Civil Rights Catherine Lhamon said in a statement Monday.

The district issued a statement in disagreement with the Department of Education ruling, saying its top concern was protecting the privacy of its students.

“We do not agree with (the DOE’s) decision and remain strong in our belief that the District’s course of action, including private changing stations in our locker rooms, appropriately serves the dignity and privacy of all students in our educational environment,” the statement read in part.

Staver said the district is exactly right.

“To say that this is a basic civil right for a young boy to use a girls shower room and restroom is absolutely absurd,” he said. “Certainly, these girls deserve privacy. They deserve respect. No one would expect that while they’re in the shower, a boy is going to come into the same shower that they’re in.”

       "The parents were bluntly told the district was “terminating your request to file your intent to home school in Santa Rosa County School District.”

       This is an attempt at theft by the government of a parents more valuable assets, an attempt to steal the minds of the children to give them over to their own false gods.

School to homeschoolers: Sign up or face criminal charges

A number of homeschool parents in Florida have been ordered by a public school district to register their children in classes within three days or face “criminal prosecution” under state law.

A meeting within the next week likely will determine whether school officials will face a lawsuit in response to the threat.

The issue is being addressed by the Home School Legal Defense Association, which said its members in the Santa Rosa County School District received letters demanding information that parents are not required to provide under state law.

The information included Social Security number, race and grade level.

The parents also received a letter demanding they comply with a new district policy requiring them to show proof of residency and to prove they no longer were registered in whatever district they most recently had been under.

HSLDA said its staff attorney, TJ Schmidt, wrote to Terri Moore, who was secretary in what used to be called the Alternative Academics and Continuous Improvement Department, as well as Santa Rosa Supt. Tim Wyrosdick “pointing out that Florida law does not require proof of residency or any of the additional information that the district requested.”

A weeks-long silence by the district suggested to HSLDA that the policy had been changed to comply with state law.

“How wrong we were,” HSLDA said.

The homeschooling families now were receiving “termination” letters from Moore, who had moved on to become a secretary to Laura Austin, principal of the Santa Rosa Blended Academy/Home Education Department.

The parents were bluntly told the district was “terminating your request to file your intent to home school in Santa Rosa County School District.”

The letter said, according to HSLDA, each family had three days “to register your student in public or private school.”

“Failure of a parent or guardian to enroll a student in an attendance option after termination of a home education program shall constitute non-compliance with the compulsory attendance requirement and may result in criminal prosecution of the parent under Section 1003.27(2), F.S.”

School for gays opening in September in Georgia: Where 'kids have full permission to be themselves'

A transgender woman, who identifies as a male, will open a private school for homosexuals and transgenders in Georgia this September.

The "Pride School Atlanta" will teach children K-12 [kindergarten up to 12th grade] and will operate from a space provided by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta (UUCA).

According to its website, the school aims "to provide LGBTQQIAA [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Ally, and Asexual] students, families and educators a safe, fun and rigorous learning environment free of homophobia [dislike of or prejudice against homosexual people] and transphobia [intense dislike of or prejudice against transsexual or transgender people] —a place that honors their identities so they can be themselves, find themselves, and find friends and mentors who can help them navigate the challenges of life and education."

Christian Zsilavetz, 45, school founder, said she never felt support while teaching as a male in public schools so she decided to put up her own school where children could be open about their homosexuality or gender identity.

"Kids have full permission to be themselves—as well as educators—where there's no wondering, 'Is this teacher going to be a person for me to be myself with?' This is a place where they can just open up and be the best person they can be," Zsilavetz told the Associated Press.

She said the school aims to reduce the risk of suicide, drug and alcohol use, and depression.

"They're less likely to get pregnant, when they don't really want to get pregnant," she said.

The school promotes that "all students will have the freedom, responsibility, and support to create their own individualised curriculum, education, and school climate through trust and democratic decision-making processes."

The establishment also does not believe homework or tests are necessary. Its website states that there will be "no mandatory homework or testing. Students are free to discover what, when and how they prefer to learn, trusted that their natural curiosity and desire to pursue personal goals will lead them to a rigorous and rich education."

To Everyone,

       "to provide LGBTQQIAA [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Ally, and Asexual]"

       "They're less likely to get pregnant,"

       I guess their talking about bisexual, questioning, intersex, and ally. The others don't seem to be much of a risk.

       Give me a minute please, I have to go look up intersex and ally. I don't know what they are...Okay, I'm back.

        Intersex is hermaphrodite. Why didn't they say so? Hermaphrodite is a situation where one shows signs of both sexes. However, before God they are either one or the other. If they can become pregnant, for sure we know they are female.

        In some extremely rare, and ever so sad cases, we can't tell. In those situations God's covenantal laws, neither His Jewish laws nor His Noachide laws would permit this person to marry or have relations with anyone...EVER!  Unless one day it became apparent which sex was correct.

        Harsh realities, but this is God's world, He judges us, and He determines if we will merit the Eternal Realm, and at what level. We are all given the free will to obey or defy, but we defy at our own peril. The people being referred to in this piece have essentially fallen off God's cliff. Can they be saved? Yes...but it isn't easy.

        Ally, I'm still a bit hazy on this, but it appears to be that anyone foolish enough to go against God and support what He considers abominable behaviors, are classified as, "ally."

       "The establishment also does not believe homework or tests are necessary."

       "The answers listed were girl, trans-boy, genderqueer, gender nonconforming, boy, gender fluid, tomboy, agender, tri-gender, female, androgynous, all genders, in the middle of boy and girl, male, bi-gender, male, young woman, non-binary, intersex, young man, demi-boy, not sure, rather not say, trans-girl and demi-girl. The last option was: “Others (please state).”

http://www.wnd.com/2016/01/kids-13-18-told-to-pick-gender-from-2-dozen-options/

Children ages 13-18 were asked by a school in Brighton, England, to choose their gender from among two dozen options, including “non-binary,” “bi-gender,” “demi-girl,” “tri-gender” and “not sure.”

That was before reporters started raising questions and the survey abruptly was withdrawn.

Simon Calvert, deputy director of the Christian Institute, said the concept that there are dozens of genders, instead of just boys and girls, should not be forced on children.

Giving children so many options will lead to answers “across the spectrum – not least from kids who want to make fun of the whole thing,” he said.

“But for some children it will be profoundly confusing to find out that there are adults who don’t seem to know that boys are boys and girls are girls,” he continued in a report on his group’s website.

“We feel for people who struggle with gender dysphoria but we must not let our sympathy for them outweigh our sympathy for the great mass of children who need to feel safe and protected in school,” he said. “To feel safe, children need to know there are some simple boundaries in life. The basic biological categories of male and female are amongst the most simple and fundamental boundaries of all.”

The Argus newspaper in Brighton reported students at Blatchington Mill School were asked: “How do you define your gender: The young people we talked with used the following terms; which of these best describes how you define your gender? (Choose as many as you want.)”

The answers listed were girl, trans-boy, genderqueer, gender nonconforming, boy, gender fluid, tomboy, agender, tri-gender, female, androgynous, all genders, in the middle of boy and girl, male, bi-gender, male, young woman, non-binary, intersex, young man, demi-boy, not sure, rather not say, trans-girl and demi-girl.

         “ISIS plays on Muslims’ emotions,” the father said. “They play on the [idea] that you are living in a country where people are going to go to hell."

Dad: How ISIS lured my daughter

'They have a plan' for children 'to escape from their families'

A Muslim father from the Denver area whose daughter tried to travel to Syria and join ISIS is warning other families to watch out for the terror organization’s lure.

“They told them how to do it. How to get from home, how to get to the airport, how even to get the money,” said the father, who is not being identified. “I believe they have a plan, especially [for] minors, to escape their families. … I believe they taught them this plan: how to get to the airport, how to do this, how to do that, how to answer questions if you are being asked.”

The father was interviewed by reporter Tony Kovaleski for The Denver Channel.

He explained his daughter and two friends were in contact with ISIS over the Internet and were lured into what could have become a tragedy.

CNN reported at the end of 2015 how the three teenagers set out from a Denver suburb.

Their parents, alarmed when they vanished from a school bus route, checked the teens’ cell phone activity and discovered calls to the German airline Lufthansa. The parents then called the FBI, which arranged for the girls to be intercepted when they landed in Germany. They were returned almost immediately.

The girls are two sisters of Somali descent and a friend whose family hails from Sudan.

Authorities reported at the time the girls apparently stole money from their parents for the trip.

The father told Kovaleski he had tried to stay involved in his daughter’s life, yet she was lured anyway.

“ISIS plays on Muslims’ emotions,” the father said. “They play on the [idea] that you are living in a country where people are going to go to hell. Your parents, since they are living there, they are the same like these other people, even if your parents are Muslim. And you need to save yourself. How am I going to save myself? You need to come over here … live under Islamic rule. We’re going to give you a house, you’re going to get married. You’re going to get to have nice kids, have a nice life … and it’s a noble cause.

“But all that’s wrong. All that’s wrong,” he told The Denver Channel. “There is no safe place there. People are all on the run. There’s always fighting going on somewhere. There’s no houses, there’s no nice life. There are just a bunch of terrorists. And for these females to get there, they’re just going to get raped, get killed.”

He said parents should watch for signs.

       “It is the position of the departments that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences.”

        This is diabolical. The schools and the government are not equal partners with the parents. The parents might be considered to be general partners, but even that does not state the situation well enough. The government and the schools are actually employees of the parents, who should be just as fireable as the maid who comes into work every day at 10, when the starting time is supposed to be 6.

Feds invite parents to help raise their children

Government wants programs to begin 'prenatally' and run 'throughout a child's development'

The federal government, in a draft policy by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education, is conceding that parents, too, should be allowed to help raise their own children along with the government, through various programs.

The document, the “Draft Policy Statement on Family Engagement From the Early Years to the Early Grades,” states: “It is the position of the departments that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences.”

That one sentence, wrote William A. Estrada, the director of federal relations policy for the Home School Legal Defense Association, “unmasks the federal government’s true philosophy behind decades of federal involvement in welfare, kindergarten through 12th grade education spending and and policies, programs like Head Start, and now the push to create universal early education for young children from birth through age 5: the federal government believes that its role is equal with the role of parents.”

“Not only does this draft document expose the federal government’s breathtaking arrogance, a footnote at the bottom of page one goes so far as to redefine the family,” he said.

The footnote states: “The term ‘family’ is used to include all the people who play a role in a child’s life and interact with a child’s early childhood program or school. This may include fathers, mothers, grandparents, foster parents, formal and informal guardians, and siblings, among others.”

Questioning 'gay' lessons gets 4-year-old booted from preschool

Officials hand parents letter saying child's attendance 'not a good fit'

A preschool in the Denver area has booted a 4-year-old from its classes, telling her parents her attendance was “not a good fit” after the parents questioned the cooperative’s curriculum promoting homosexuality and transgenderism.

R.B. Sinclair of Aurora told the Denver Post her daughter was thrown out of Montview preschool and kindergarten.

“I think at this age they don’t know what bias is,” she told the newspaper. “They could have kids from Mars and they would still play with each other. It’s not that she isn’t exposed to diversity, because it is the world we live in, but how are they having these conversations?”

The disagreement arose when the girl’s parents “raised questions about books read in their class, including ones that told the stories about same-sex couples and worms unsure about their gender,” the report said.

Sinclair wanted to opt her daughter out of what she viewed as sex education.

State policy hides kids' choice of 'gender identity' from parents

Michigan is the latest state bracing for a debate over transgender accommodation in public schools, as a Republican lawmaker is confronting a sweeping State Board of Education policy about to take effect and crafting legislation designed to empower parents and protect the privacy of all students.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The board’s policy would allow students to use bathrooms according to the gender with which they identify. However, it doesn’t stop there.
“The bathroom is one component, but they’ve gone so far as to say they’re going to allow the kids to blend together even in locker room settings. So you’re going to put a young boy in with the young girls, as if somehow that’s acceptable,” said Casperson, a father of four.
The aspect of the policy that may bother Casperson most is language that would keep parents in the dark about the gender identity struggles of their children.
“They also have a policy that they put in place that would allow for the school to let the child recommend they want to change their gender and they want to change their name but they don’t want their parents involved,” Casperson explained. “This policy says then that the school then must not let the parents know about what’s going on.”
He said that will effectively lead to chaos.
“For parent-teacher conferences, the teacher would have to change back and identify the child by their biological name for the parent-teacher conference but then go back and let the child be identified with the other gender,” Casperson said.
“That is unacceptable,” he added. “To exclude the parents and almost be deceptive to the parents about what’s going on when their child is going to school like that is out of bounds.”
