Supremes asked if schools can expose naked students to opposite sex

Administrators tell boys who found girl in changing room to 'tolerate it'

The U.S. Supreme Court has been asked to review a case that asks whether school districts can require that students be exposed to naked members of the opposite sex.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the Boyertown Area School Disrict in Pennsylvania that students should be allowed to use restrooms and shows according to their “gender identity” rather than biological sex.

The Alliance Defending Freedom lawyers is representing Boyertown students and their parents in the case.

“Given students’ constitutionally protected privacy interest in their partially clothed bodies, whether a public school has a compelling interest in authorizing students who believe themselves to be members of the opposite sex to use locker rooms and restrooms reserved exclusively for the opposite sex, and whether such a policy is narrowly tailored” is the question that must be answered, ADF said.

During the 2016-17 school year – without informing parents or students – the Boyertown Area School District opened its high-school locker rooms and restrooms to students of the opposite sex based on the students’ beliefs about their gender, said the legal group.

“Some male students learned of the policy while they were undressing in their locker room and discovered that a female student was changing clothes with them,” ADF said. “Embarrassed and confused, the students sought help from school officials, who told them they should just ‘tolerate it’ and ‘make it as natural as possible.'”

ADF Senior Counsel and Vice President of Appellate Advocacy John Bursch said everyone should be able to agree “that students struggling with their beliefs about gender need compassionate support.”

“But there are sound reasons why schools have always separated male and female teenagers in showers, restrooms, and locker rooms,” he said. “No student’s recognized right to bodily privacy should be made contingent on what other students believe about their own gender.”

Bursch said the 3rd Circuit’s decision “made a mess of bodily privacy and Title IX principles, and the decision deserves review and reversal by the U.S. Supreme Court.”

ADF contends the school violated the students’ fundamental right to bodily privacy under the U.S. Constitution.

“These types of school policies have serious privacy implications,” said ADF Legal Counsel Christiana Holcomb. “Teenagers should not be forced to welcome members of the opposite sex into their showers, restrooms, or locker rooms based on what they believe about their gender. All schools, including Boyertown Area School District, should be providing support for those dealing with gender dysphoria, but they should seek to do so in ways that protect the privacy of all students.

“It is untenable that the Third Circuit made students’ right to bodily privacy contingent on what others believe about their own gender,” the filing states. “Recognizing this reality does not diminish the concern for students who believe they are of the opposite sex. Schools can (and should) teach that every student has inherent dignity and worth and should be treated as such. Schools can (and should) assure students with gender dysphoria that they are valuable and important members of the school community. And school officials can (and should) provide them with resources and support. Despite such alternatives, Boyertown chose to violate the privacy rights of all other students.”

         "Staff at Leeds Trinity’s journalism department have been told writing to students using capital letters could ‘scare them into failure’ and instead suggested using a ‘friendly tone’ and avoiding the use of negative language."

         How do you expect your graduates to have a career in journalism if their hearts cannot even stand the strain of looking at a capital letter?

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/lecturers-banned-using-capital-letters-avoid-upsetting-students-122722006.html

Lecturers BANNED from using capital letters to avoid upsetting students

Lecturers have been banned from using capital letters when assigning work to students because it might upset them.

Staff at Leeds Trinity’s journalism department have been told writing to students using capital letters could ‘scare them into failure’ and instead suggested using a ‘friendly tone’ and avoiding the use of negative language.

Critics have since slammed the memo, saying it is just aiding to the ‘snowflake’ generation being overindulged throughout their education – following incidents in Manchester and Kent.

The memo said: ‘Despite our best attempts to explain assessment tasks, any lack of clarity can generate anxiety and even discourage students from attempting the assessment at all.’

The Express reports that it goes on to say writing words in capital letters could make the assignment appear ‘more difficult’ – adding to anxieties.

But one staff member said capitals helped ensure students didn’t misunderstand their instructions.

They added: ‘We are not doing our students any favours with this kind of nonsense.’

A spokesperson for Leeds Trinity said the memo was guidance on how to explain tasks to students so they achieve their full potential.

The move is the latest in a string of incidents which have seen universities criticised for pandering to students.

The University of Manchester’s students’ union replaced applause with ‘jazz hands’ at one event to alleviate stress among the anxious and people with sensory issues.

Kent University last month was criticised for banning students wearing ‘offensive’ costumes, including cowboy outfits or sombreros, in case it affected students’ right to a ‘safe space’ at the institution.

         "I just wanted my child to receive an education, rather than indoctrination’...Adhedo and her husband Shane then removed their child from the school."

         Schools are becoming more and more spiritually dangerous for children, and if possible, it seems in these days better to take the children out of school, and that means grade school, and that means college, and find other ways to teach the children.

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/school-bars-mom-from-entering-after-she-objected-to-gay-pride-event-fo

School bars mom from entering after she objected to gay ‘pride’ event for 5-year-olds

LONDON, England – A Christian parent confronted the governors of her child’s primary school about treatment she and her son received after she objected to the school’s mandatory homosexual “Pride Day” celebrations.

That treatment included being barred from entering her five-year-old’s school to discuss the kindergartener being given four hours of detention after his mother’s objections to the LGBT event were made known.

Izoduwa Adhedo was one of a group of parents who complained that their children, pupils at Heavens Farm Primary School in South East London, were compelled to take part in the June 29, 2018 “Proud to be Me” event.

According to a statement released by the UK’s Christian Legal Centre (CLC), some of these parents, including Mrs. Adhedo, say that they were treated “dismissively” and “victimised” after their objections.

CLC’s Robert Kiska told LifeSiteNews that when Adhedo met with Susan Papas, the principal, or “headteacher,” on September 19 to discuss her concerns, she was confronted by a teacher – the principal’s daughter – wearing an aggressively pro-LGBT T-shirt.

The t-shirt asked, “‘Why be racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic, when you can just be quiet?’”

On October 8, the school sent Adhedo a letter “which basically dismisses her complaint,” Kiska said, arguing that since corporate Pride events are deemed acceptable, they are acceptable in schools.

On the same day, Adhedo’s five-year-old son was “for the first time in his life” given a detention – for three hours. The next day he was put in detention for one hour.

On October 12, Adhedo came to the school to discuss her son’s treatment, but she was barred from the building.

“They [staff] deemed her to be uncooperative and hostile,” Kiska said.

Adhedo and her husband Shane then removed their child from the school.

Speaking for all the parents who have complained, CLC said that Heavers Farm Primary School is “forcing a very aggressive LGBT agenda onto children under 12 years of age in a manner which abuses parental rights and victimises parents.”

The charity also stated that many of the concerned parents are reluctant to speak to the press for fear that their children will be “further victimised and/or expelled.”

Although at least ten families have complained about the mandatory “pride” celebration, Adhedo was the only parent allowed to take part in yesterday’s meeting with the school’s trustees, or “governors.”

“The school has seven days to come back with a response,” Kiska told LifeSiteNews.

The best outcome, said Kisca, would be that the school cease to “proselytise for LGBT” and in the future include students’ parents in decisions that concern morality and sexuality. He hopes also that the school will acknowledge Adhedo’s son’s suffering and offer an apology.

‘I just wanted my child to receive an education, rather than indoctrination’

In a statement made through CLC, Adhedo said she felt bullied after making known her concerns about her child’s participation in the LGBT event.

“After I complained about my young child being forced to take place in an event that goes against our Christian beliefs, the school’s attitude towards me changed completely. I know other parents who are afraid to speak up because of how the school has treated me,” she said.

Drag Queen Admits He’s ‘Grooming Next Generation’ in ‘Story Hours’

narcissistic cosmopolitans

A drag queen who helped organize a “Drag Queen Story Hour” for Louisiana preschoolers admitted the event’s purpose is “the grooming of the next generation.”

“I am not there to push any kind of agenda,” Dylan Pontiff, a gay man who helped organize a “Drag Queen Story Hour” event at Lafayette Public Library, told the Lafayette City-Parish Council at a September 17 meeting.

Pontiff, who uses the name Santana Pilar Andrews when dressed in drag, continued:

I’m here to let you know that this event is something that’s going to be very beautiful and for the children and the people that supported are going to realize that this is going to be the grooming of the next generation. We are trying to groom the next generation to not see the way that they just did.

Pontiff, who also performs for adult audiences using what he described as material he compared to an R-rated film, told the council that he should also be able to have access to preschool children because he knows how to “filter” himself.

“I can go in and entertain adults in a club and also entertain a group of students and young children,” he said. “I’m able to do that because I’m an adult and able to filter myself.”

Pontiff described himself as someone who has been bullied and received “hate,” and brings those experiences to the drag queen reading events he does with young children.

“We’re trying to raise people to be loving and caring individuals, and I really hope that this event is going to do that for not only just the children have this event, but children in the future,” he said.

Pontiff’s comments drew some shocked reactions from attendees at the council meeting – the purpose of which was to consider a motion to denounce the Drag Queen Story Hour program, originally planned for October 6, as inappropriate for children.

“Unfortunately, the Drag Queen Story Hour program is turning public libraries into platforms to advance the transgender revolution, places where pro-homosexual activists are given access to children as young as three,” John Ritchie, director of TFP Student Action, told LifeSiteNews.

As the pro-family news site reported, though the motion to denounce the program was called “hateful” and “discriminatory” by its critics, a decision by the council would not have been binding on the public library. Most of the council members declined to vote on it and the motion was ultimately scuttled.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“This is not about tolerance or anti-bullying,” Alexander told the Advertiser. “It is a direct and intentional effort to create gender confusion and doubt among very young children at the very time they need solid guidance and understanding. The intent is to plant a seed to make children more likely to question their sexuality or gender at a later age.”
How Barack Obama & Fellow Globalists Used Millennials To Hasten The Decline Of America…
It’s a debt bomb of epic proportions—nearly 1.5 trillion dollars and climbing fast which has enslaved an entire generation of Americans. Add credit card and auto loan debt and the total amount of that debt is nearly doubled. And you know who initiated this apocalyptic debt trend? None other than Barack Obama. You think it was all some sad mistake by a well-meaning president gone bad? Think again
The “Before Obama” and “After Obama” figures make clear how the millennials were targeted for what has to rank as one of the most damaging bait and switch frauds in human history. Feed them easy money for college courses that have no application in the real world, give them a near-worthless piece of paper at the end, and charge them tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars for being victims of the scam.
During the Obama years student loan debt increased by nearly 300%.  As president Obama quickly moved to federalize the entirety of the student loan program and then threw deficit-spending money into it at a rate never before seen. The results were as predictable as they were damaging. Young adults took the easy money, spent it, took some more, and in the end, found themselves burdened by crushing debt which left them totally beholden to the payback whims of the federal government. And don’t forget, what Barack Obama did for student loans he also did for credit card and auto loans. More and more easy government money targeting millennials.
In short, it was the calculated enslavement of nearly an entire generation of Americans.
Check out this commentary from longtime political cartoonist, Ben Garrison:
The stock market flew up for ten years because of low interest rates and there was no other place investors could go and make good returns. The markets were also helped by many big companies conducting stock buy backs. But now the stock market seems to be in balloon territory. Some of the valuations bordered on the ridiculous. Tesla, for example. Its pot smoking CEO was forced to step down for a while for making claims he could not back up. Amazon briefly reached $2,000 per share. Who can afford such a thing? Certainly not millennials. Nearly one third of them have been forced to move back in with their parents. Many have college degrees funded by massive debt. They can’t buy homes, let alone invest in the stock market. In fact, the majority of Americans can’t afford to dabble in the stock market. Many are also deep in debt and living paycheck to paycheck. Massive debt is choking the entire system.
“Choking the entire system.”
THAT has been the plan all along. The election of Hillary Clinton was meant to finalize that process. Then Trump happened and the globalist table was nearly turned over. Nearly—but not quite.
The Federal Reserve initiated an unusually aggressive series of interest rate hikes that didn’t just tap the brakes on the zooming Trump economy but brought it to a screeching halt. Think about that. The economy is poised to stall, perhaps drop into a recession, and interest rates will then also be higher. The student debt bomb will be that much more debilitating to say nothing of the national debt, entitlements, etc. President Trump knows that the only successful way forward for America is to grow ourselves out of this mess. That is why he is working so hard to reform the disastrous trade imbalances that have weakened the United States to the point of perpetual insolvency. The globalist powers against him are clearly using the debt burden that was initiated during the Obama years to counter the positive impacts of Trump’s America-First economic platform.
And it’s working. The globalists are on the march again as President Trump moves to counter their attacks but he is being forced to fight on multiple fronts. (example: Mueller investigation) Even though he has proven himself to be a man with seemingly inexhaustible energy and determination, the accumulated attacks against him have to be taking a toll. A deep recession months before the 2020 Election might be just enough to finally buckle the knees of the Trump presidency. The millions of millennials who are now horribly in debt will be used as the head of the electorate spear that will pierce the armor of a president and send him packing on Election Day. Those millennials will want someone to blame (besides themselves, of course) and the media will make certain President Trump will be the easy target they seek for their unhappy, debt-burdened lives. It will be an army of discontents created by Barack Obama and soon unleashed to put the final nail in the coffin of the America we once knew: A better America. A stronger America. A sadly soon-to-be forgotten America.
Is it all really so grim? Yes. Is there any hope to stop the globalists? Possibly, but it won’t be easy—perhaps not even likely.
Batwoman has finally arrived on The CW. Ruby Rose's iconic lesbian superhero officially made her debut during Monday's Arrow.
With Earth-1 impacted by a magical book that altered reality, Monday's Arrow installment of The CW's big "Elseworlds" superhero crossover found The Flash’s Barry (Grant Gustin), Arrow’s Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Supergirl’s Kara (Melissa Benoist) in Gotham to try and get to the bottom of things. Unfortunately for the heroes, a mugging (and their inability to stand down) landed the trio in jail, where they were bailed out by a mysterious figure — Kate Kane (Orange Is the New Black grad Rose), aka Batwoman.
"Our goal was trying to create a set-up, story-wise, where we could meet her, be intrigued by her, introduce Gotham a little bit ... and then have people wondering, 'What is this world she’s part of?'” Caroline Dries, who is developing The CW's Batwoman standalone series, told reporters. "We just realized the best story for that would be if our guys went to Gotham and she helped out with their story and then shooed them away. So we knew who the character was going into it … the question for us was how to make her sort of mysterious.”
Of course, the group didn’t go away, and instead went to Arkham Asylum to try and track down Dr. John Deegan (Jeremy Davies), who started the reality-skewing mayhem. But Deegan wasn’t willing to go down without a fight and released the criminally insane villains who were being housed at the infamous hospital.
With the heroes in trouble (again), Kane, as Batwoman, stepped in to save the day. It was a bit of a blow to Oliver, who spent much of the hour insisting that Gotham having its own hero was an urban legend. (Arrow had previously established Oliver’s Green Arrow as the first vigilante; "Elseworlds" allowed that Batman existed in the same universe.)
However, Bruce Wayne's current whereabouts remains a mystery, as he disappeared from Gotham three years earlier. In his absence, Kate — his cousin — has been picking up the pieces.
Couple's same-sex Barbie gift for niece inspires huge toy company Mattel
A couple looking for the perfect gift for their eight-year-old niece have captured the attention of toy company Mattel - after they created their own same-sex Barbie set.
To celebrate their niece’s birthday, uncles Matt Jacobi and Nick Caprio from Scottsdale, Arizona were looking for a doll gift for eight-year-old Natalie that could tie-in to the theme of the couple’s upcoming May wedding - where Natalie and her sister will be flower girls.
“I wanted to give her something related to the wedding but also something she would enjoy,” Jacobi told Good Morning America - so he went in search of a Barbie doll.
According to Jacobi, he and Caprio came across what would have been the perfect gift - a Mattel/Barbie “Wedding Set!” - which came complete with two flower girls and a cake, but only a “bride and groom were available.”
So the uncles decided to add their own unique touch to the gift - by creating a “Gay Wedding Set.”
In addition to surprising Natalie with the doll set, which features two grooms, Jacobi also posted a picture of the revised Barbie wedding set to Instagram, where he tagged Mattel.
“Hi @Mattel! Happy Holidays. We’ve had a difficult time finding a same-sex wedding set to give to my niece for her eighth birthday,” Jacobi captioned the photo. “She and her little sister are flower girls in our upcoming May wedding. We thought it would be special to give her something with a little meaning behind it. What a bummer you don’t make one with two grooms.
“Anyway, we had to get creative and make a couple purchases. I hope our custom gift inspires you to make a gay wedding set!”
The couple’s creation captured the attention of the toy company, which contacted the pair to set up a meeting.
         “The real issue is all about the mainstreaming of Satanism in America. Much as the same-sex ‘marriage’ debate was about acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle, so also Satanic groups seek social acceptance,” according to the column. “Indeed, this is what the Satanists themselves declare. For them, it has nothing to do with religious practices. Many of them even allege they have none. They simply want to mainstream Satanism so that it will be viewed as normal.”
https://www.thecollegefix.com/students-launch-satanic-club-at-nc-state/
Students launch Satanic club at NC State
A new club has just completed its inaugural semester at North Carolina State University, welcoming students interested in Satanism.
The club calls itself “Satanic Students at NC State,” and its leaders say they promote humanism and are working to build up the fledgling group at the Raleigh-based public university.
“This semester, the group has held public meetings to attract and gain interest,” Satanic Students told The College Fix in an email interview. “These meetings have largely consisted of discussions with new and potential members about the type of Satanism practiced by the group.”
According to its “get involved” website: “The mission of Satanic Students at NC State University is to 1) encourage benevolence and empathy among all people, 2) reject tyrannical authority, 3) advocate scientific examination of the universe and our place in it, 4) promote morality and justice based on rational, humanistic values, and 5) be directed by the human conscience to undertake noble pursuits guided by the individual will.”
A recent slide presentation at one of their meetings stated: “Does Satanic Students worship Satan? Short answer: no. Long answer: Satan doesn’t exist,” the Technician student newspaper reported.
“Our principles and those of objectivism overlap by a fair amount and believe that objectivists would find value in our group,” Satanic Students told The College Fix via email.
“At future public meetings, we hope to perpetually refine our group’s mission through identifying, and challenging, consensus views among the membership; acting on those views when sufficient support is reached,” the group said.
“Members come [from] a variety of religious and non-religious backgrounds,” the email stated, adding that despite the fact that there is “a substantial Christian presence … projected around campus, most students have a ‘live and let live’ attitude that we respect and gladly reciprocate. We have yet to encounter any significant backlash.”
As for its political affiliations, the group may take political stances, but only when consensus exists among the group, “which could be rare given how philosophically and politically varied the group is shaping up to be,” Satanic Students stated in its email to The College Fix.
In an interview with Technician, Peter Aker, a junior studying chemical engineering and president of Satanic Students, cited an example of The Satanic Temple of Arizona’s “Menstruatin’ With Satan” campaign to distribute free feminine health care products to those in need as the kind of event that illustrates Satanism is not all about Satan worshipping.
“I want to start having more displays of symbology, like having chalkings around campus or putting up posters,” Aker said. “Fitting along the lines of these things like, believing in yourself or loving yourself, talking about individuality. But really it’s all up to the membership and what they want to do.”
According to a 2017 column in Crisis Magazine, a Catholic publication, there is a “growing threat” from Satanism underway in the U.S. The article cites the increase seen recently in “After School Satan Clubs” as well as efforts to get Satanic monuments erected on public land.
“The real issue is all about the mainstreaming of Satanism in America. Much as the same-sex ‘marriage’ debate was about acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle, so also Satanic groups seek social acceptance,” according to the column. “Indeed, this is what the Satanists themselves declare. For them, it has nothing to do with religious practices. Many of them even allege they have none. They simply want to mainstream Satanism so that it will be viewed as normal.”
Jewish Families Will Leave UK if Faith Schools Forced to Promote LGBT Lifestyles
Thousands of Jewish families will leave Britain if the government goes ahead with plans to force schools to promote LGBT lifestyles to children, an Orthodox campaigner has warned.
Lawyers acting for the Charedi activist and father, Shraga Stern, have written to British education minister Nick Gibb warning draft guidelines requiring schools to “actively promote” same-sex relationships and alternative lifestyles as “equally valid” would breach religious freedom provisions under European human rights law.
Mr Stern, whose seven children are aged between two and 12, argues that “in the Orthodox Jewish world it falls to parents or legal guardians, and not to schools” to teach children about sex and relationships.
“My father taught me about relationships at the appropriate time. I want to do the same. We do not want sex education taught in schools. We are tolerant of different lifestyles but we do not promote them,” the Sunday Times reported him as saying.
Department of Education advice, which demands “homosexuality, same-sex relationships and gender reassignment” be introduced in the classroom with the “active promotion of respect”, is described as “morally unacceptable and unlawful” by representatives of Mr Stern in their 19-page letter, which claims thousands of Orthodox Jews will have to leave Britain if the rules are put into effect.
“The Draft Advice goes beyond requiring toleration and in effect challenges the very essence of religious belief,” write lawyers for Mr Stern, who is the director of a London-based construction firm, according to Jewish News.
The letter explains: “We note in particular the phrase that different ways of life may be ‘equally valid’. This statement goes to the heart of the ethical worldview taught by a faith school.
“Belief in God and in a religious way of life distinguishes between action that is morally good and action that is sin.”
Chief inspector of schools Amanda Spielman rejected complaints over the draft guidelines, claiming the promotion of LGBT lifestyles in the classroom was required by the 2010 Equality Act and that faith schools could not be exempt.
“We know a gay child might be born into any town, any family, any time,” she said, adding that the guidance was “about making sure every child has the chance to grow up with the right level of information [and] … access to the kinds of conversation or support they might want.”
Breitbart London previously reported how Ofsted, the British schools watchdog led by Ms Spielman, failed a private Jewish girls’ school, claiming its pupils — aged eight and under — were being denied “a full understanding of fundamental British values” as a result of the north London institution’s failure to teach about homosexuality and gender reassignment.
