The call says that if you know someone who fits the description, her “legal guardian” should contact them.

Pixar has made several controversial shorts in the past, including the film "Out" which featured the company’s first openly gay protagonist who struggles to share his “sexual identity” with his parents.

Much of education is now run by very evil people. The purpose of education, to them, is not to education, but is to indoctrinate, and very smart people must be dumbed down, because they are a major threat to indoctrination. In this vein they used COVID to dumb down almost the entire student population for an entire year, and this destroyed much of the formative analytical ability of masses of children who will be far less equipped to withstand the propaganda they will be faced with.

State says framework includes 'differentiated instruction' catered to the needs of the child

The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) is moving to eliminate all accelerated math options prior to 11th grade, effectively keeping higher-achieving students from advancing as they usually would in the school system.

Loudoun County school board member Ian Serotkin posted about the change via Facebook on Tuesday. According to Serotkin, he learned of the change the night prior during a briefing from staff on the Virginia Mathematics Pathway Initiative (VMPI).

"As currently planned, this initiative will eliminate ALL math acceleration prior to 11th grade," he said. "That is not an exaggeration, nor does there appear to be any discretion in how local districts implement this. All 6th graders will take Foundational Concepts 6. All 7th graders will take Foundational Concepts 7. All 10th graders will take Essential Concepts 10. Only in 11th and 12th grade is there any opportunity for choice in higher math courses."

His post included a chart with what appeared to be set math courses for 2022-2030.

VDOE spokesperson Charles Pyle indicated to Fox News that the courses would allow for at least some variation depending on students' skill level. "Differentiated instruction means providing instruction that is catered to the learning needs of each child (appropriate levels of challenge and academic rigor)," Pyle said.

On VDOE's website, the state features an infographic that indicates VMPI would require "concepts" courses for each grade level. It states various goals like "improve equity in mathematics learning opportunities," "empower students to be active participants in a quantitative world," and "identify K-12 mathematics pathways that support future success."

During a webinar posted on YouTube in December, a member of the "essential concepts" committee claimed that the new framework would exclude traditional classes like Algebra 1 and Geometry.

Committee member Ian Shenk, who focused on grades 8-10, said: "Let me be totally clear, we are talking about taking Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 – those three courses that we've known and loved ... and removing them from our high school mathematics program, replacing them with essential concepts for grade eight, nine, and 10."

He added that the concepts courses wouldn't eliminate algebraic ideas but rather interweave multiple strands of mathematics throughout the courses. Those included data analysis, mathematical modeling, functions and algebra, spatial reasoning and probability.

The changes were just the latest of many to prompt concern from parents in the state, which has seen in-fighting over controversial ideas surrounding equity and race.

A Loudoun parent who spoke on the condition of anonymity worried that the changes would "lower standards for all students in the name of equity."

"These changes will have a profound impact on students who excel in STEM related curriculum, weakening our country's ability to compete in a global marketplace for years to come," the parent told Fox News on Thursday.

Ian Prior, a Loudoun parent and former Trump administration official, similarly panned the move as a way to "stifle advancement for gifted students and set them back as they prepare for advanced mathematics in college. This is critical race theory in action and parents should be outraged."

The End of Basic Education: Biden Issues Public School Critical Race Theory Order

The Biden Department of Education has quietly proposed a new rule prioritizing the use of federal tax dollars for K-12 schools that replace traditional education with “culturally responsive teaching and learning” – more commonly referred to as critical race theory. This is the most significant move by the federal government to redefine the nature of state-funded public schools in U.S. history.

Although the current effort to push public schools receiving federal funding to adopt a detailed indoctrination agenda may feel new and overwhelming for parents, the truth is that the Biden attempt is simply the last phase in a decades-long effort to control local schools and press the progressive agenda on our children. With the power of taxpayer-funded purse strings, the federal government sends a message to public schools that if they want financial aid they must “teach” critical race theory and prioritize its ideologically anti-American, anti-traditional agenda over traditional education.

Under Obama, public schools were thrust into the controversial world of Common Core, a series of federal mandates that included “awareness education” involving a progressive view of race, gender, and so-called “equity” (not to be confused with “equality”).

Under Biden, a far more aggressive level of federal control over our nation’s K-12 classrooms will replace history (and objective truth) with identity politics and a warped view of American civics and institutions. In many cases, teachers are told to hide the racially divisive curriculum from parents. In others, students are encouraged to report the words and views of their parents and caretakers as examples of institutional racism. The initial goal is the indoctrination of young minds, but the long view is to aggregate power behind an alien political worldview that fed the dehumanizing machines of the Soviet Union and communist China.

At its core, critical race theory is the false idea that the United States is a fundamentally racist country and that all of our nation’s institutions – the law, culture, business, economy, education – are designed to maintain white supremacy. Politicians and pundits market critical race theory as inclusive teaching, one that promotes understanding and tolerance. When the truth is exposed, they try to repackage it in a series of euphemisms, including anti-racism, equity, or culturally responsive teaching. But the “scholars,” like Ibram X. Kendi and the 1619 Project behind the related anti-racist rhetoric proposed in the rule – the true believers – admit the truth.

Critical race theory curriculum tells students that they fall into one of two categories – the oppressed or the oppressor – based solely on the color of their skin. It tells students that if they are white then they are privileged and racist, and makes them affirm this ideology through classroom discussion and assignments. Some school districts take it even a step further and physically segregate students based on their race for lessons, reducing them to nothing more than a set of racial stereotypes.

Medical experts disagree, noting four of those are disorders of normal genetic development

A Harvard-educated Texas Democratic lawmaker drew double-takes for declaring at a hearing that there are six sexes, prompting a rebuke from skeptics who said his count was off by four.

Texas state Rep. James Talarico made his pronouncement prior to public testimony Tuesday before the Public Education Committee on House Bill 4042, a measure to bar transgender athletes from girls’ K-12 scholastic sports.

Mr. Talarico, a former English teacher, first quizzed Republican state Rep. Cole Hefner, the bill’s sponsor, on how many sexes there are. Mr. Hefner said there were two.

“The bill seems to think there are two,” said Mr. Talarico, who holds an M.A. in education policy from Harvard. “The one thing I want us to all be aware of recognize is that modern science obviously recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six, which honestly, Rep. Hefner, surprised me, too.”

He explained that there are “six really common biological sexes” based on X and Y chromosomes: Not just XX (female) and XY (male), but also single X, XXY, XYY and XXXY.

“The point is that biologically speaking, scientifically speaking, sex is a spectrum, and oftentimes can be very ambiguous,” Mr. Talarico said.

Not having it was Beth Stelzer, president of Save Women’s Sports, who testified in favor of the bill.

She cited scientific studies “proving that the male advantage is immutable [in athletics], and there are in fact two sexes. They are dimorphic: XX, XY.”

“The other, quote, sexes mentioned are disorders of sexual development that are variants of XX or XY chromosomes,” Ms. Stelzer said at the hearing. “They are still disorders of male or female.”

While Mr. Talarico drew plenty of eye-rolls on social media — conservative author Dinesh D’Souza tweeted that the “only thing obvious here is this man’s stupidity” — the idea of multiple biological sexes has gained steam in recent years on the left.

Harvard’s Office of BGLTQ Student Life released a guide in 2017 declaring that “There are more than two sexes,” according to Campus Reform, while Mashable ran a 2018 headline, “The Trump administration says there are two sexes. The science says they’re wrong.”

As recently as last summer, few people outside academia had heard of critical race theory, whose central claim is that racism, not liberty, is the founding value and guiding vision of American society. Then, President Trump issued an executive order last September banning the teaching of this “malign ideology” to federal employees and federal contractors.

Trump’s ban was blocked by a federal judge in December and immediately revoked by Joe Biden upon occupying the White House in January. Since then, federal agencies and federal contractors have resumed staff training on unconscious bias, microaggressions, systemic racism and white privilege – some of the most common but also most disputed concepts associated with the four-decade-old academic theory.

Now critical race theory is about to face a major real-world test: a spate of lawsuits alleging that it encourages discrimination and other illegal policies targeting whites, males and Christians. But unlike Trump’s executive order, which ran into First Amendment problems by prohibiting controversial speech, the lawsuits name specific policies and practices that allegedly discriminate, harass, blame and humiliate people based on their race.

The common thread of these legal challenges is the inescapable logic that making accommodations for critical race theory will erode the nation’s anti-discrimination law as it has developed since the 1960s. This would mean replacing the colorblind ideal of treating all people equally, which has been widely viewed as the crowning achievement of the civil rights movement, with a contrary strategy: implementing race-based policies, which can range from affirmative action to reparations for compensating African Americans for the injustices of the past and for producing equitable outcomes in the future.

“Critical race theory is a Trojan horse of sorts,” said David Pivtorak, a Los Angeles lawyer representing two white men who are suing two California state environment agencies. “It disguises itself as the gold standard of fairness and justice but, in fact, relies on vilification and the idea of permanent oppressor and oppressed races. Its goal is not ensuring that all people play by the same rules, regardless of race, but equity, which is a euphemism for race-based outcomes.”

About a dozen lawsuits and administrative complaints have been filed since 2018, with another wave planned this summer by conservative public interest law firms and private attorneys. Their goal is to draw attention to some of the more pronounced practices and win court judgments to slow down the spread of CRT in K-12 schools, government agencies other organizations.

Critical race theory scholars assured RealClearInvestigations that white people should never be fired, penalized or gratuitously humiliated for the historical accident of being born white. But organizations should be granted wide leeway in adopting diversity training and equity policies, they say, even if asking white people to acknowledge their unearned privilege and think about their complicity in white supremacy makes them feel singled out and induces anxiety.

A grandmother and family advocate identified 161 books available on Amazon that attempt to indoctrinate children and their parents into a new normal of lockdowns, face masks, social distancing, and virtual replacements for standard child activities like birthday parties and schools. But that’s not even the worst part. What makes it more discouraging is that the list is not exhaustive; she had to force herself to stop because they just kept popping up.

Young children are apparently the main target audience used to create societal changes. Books play an important role in these transformations.

In the olden days—or in the days some may now refer to as the golden days—adults read books to their children such as Pat the Bunny, by Dorothy Kunhardt, books written and/or illustrated by Robert McCloskey, and Little Golden Books with precious illustrations by Eloise Wilkin, for example.

Now, a simple Amazon search can bring up hundreds of books for preschoolers concerning gender uncertainties, social justice, critical race theory, and COVID-19.

Books for preschoolers are usually quite short with appealing illustrations. These tots often request that these books be read over and over and over. Being a grandmother, I have read Pat the Bunny so many times that if I hear the words “scratchy face,” my mind immediately jumps to Daddy’s scratchy face in Kunhardt’s delightful book.

As I have mentioned in previous articles, Brave Girl: Clara and the Shirtwaist Makers’ Strike of 1909, is for children from 4-8. What image are you leaving with young children when you read that the police arrested Clara seventeen times and broke six of her ribs? And what is your little girl supposed to think when you read to her that she might be a boy? Or that instead of playing with toys or exploring the great outdoors, your kids should be getting petitions signed, making banners and posters, and marching against….something.

And now… the virus, the pandemic, the masks, social distancing, quarantining, and everything that stems from this. Are there books to “help” children understand all these things?

“Reimagine Tomorrow” program allegedly teaches “race consciousness”

A new report claims the Walt Disney Company is pushing "critical race theory" on its employees as part of an internal training program, teaching them "race consciousness" and other concepts to address "systemic racism" in the U.S.

Manhattan Institute fellow Christopher Rufo on Friday published what he says are a "trove of whistleblower documents" detailing a program titled "Reimagine Tomorrow."

Rudo also provides in his report what he says are primary-source documents that appear to be pages of a training manual.

"In the past year, Disney executives have elevated the ideology of critical race theory into a new corporate dogma, bombarded employees with trainings on 'systemic racism,' 'white privilege,' 'white fragility,' and 'white saviors,' and launched racially segregated 'affinity groups' at the company's headquarters," Rudo writes.

The documents, which are stamped with the Disney insignia, instruct viewers in tips on "becoming an ally" to black acquaintances, calling anti-racism education "an ongoing learning journey."

Disney on Saturday confirmed with Just the News the document included in the Rufo's report were "internal documents" and provided the following response:

"These internal documents are being deliberately distorted as reflective of company policy, when in fact their purpose was to allow diversity of thought and discussion on the incredibly complex and challenging issues of race and discrimination that we as a society and companies nationwide are facing.

"The Disney brand has a long history of inclusivity, with stories that reflect acceptance and tolerance and celebrate people’s differences, as we have consistently demonstrated in such popular films as Moana, Coco, Black Panther, Soul and Raya and the Last Dragon, and as a global entertainment company we are committed to continuing to tell stories that reflect the rich diversity of the human experience."

The guide suggests that actions such as "disbelieving the experiences of people of color" can "fuel the underpinnings of discrimination" and urges participants to take part in discussion groups where they act out racial interactions between employees.

The guide also offers "pro inclusion tips" such as “acknowledge that everyone has unconscious biases no matter who we are" and "listen to the experiences of others."

The extent to which trans activists have been able to take over the public education system in such a small amount of time is frankly staggering.

The trend of so-called “transgender children” continues to escalate, and public schools—and public-school teachers—are at the forefront of the indoctrination and propaganda war.

For example, Young America’s Foundation (YAF) recently reported that an anonymous tip to their Campus Bias Tip Line revealed that a first-grade teacher in the Bellingham School District of Washington read her 6-year-old students a transgender children’s book (yes, there are dozens of them now) titled I Am Jazz, the story of a “trans child” who eventually pursues transition.

The book is replete with lines such as: “I have a girl brain but a boy body. This is called transgender. I was born this way!” Children too young to read are being introduced to the idea that their bodies can—and even should—be modified based on the way they feel. This is being done without the permission of mothers and fathers.

Outraged parents emailed Jennifer Miller, the teacher; she responded by saying that the book is “available in our school library as part of our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion collection.” Complaints to the school board were also ignored – and a bit of digging by YAF revealed that the president of the board, Jennifer Mason, owns and runs an “all-ages” sex toy shop called the “Wink Wink Boutique” and describes herself in her Instagram profile (which helpfully includes her preferred pronouns) as “Head Dildo.”

Miller’s store has previously hosted workshops titled “Strap-on Sex,” “Fat-Positive Sex,” “Anal Play 101,” and some that are too vulgar to be published here.

The Wink Wink Boutique’s profile describes the shop as “inclusive, all-ages” and “not creepy,” serving anyone over the age of 16 – but allows people of any age in the store. Mason, who has served on the board since 2017, appears unsympathetic to parental concerns. Local elections – for school board trustees and other positions – have become increasingly important as schools are colonized by the LGBT movement and concepts parents have never heard of are introduced to small children.

The extent to which trans activists have been able to take over the public education system in such a small amount of time is frankly staggering. In less than half a decade, gender ideology has gone from fringe to mainstream, and parents are finding it difficult to keep up. Many are discovering, belatedly, that their children have been told that it is possible to have a “girl brain in a boy’s body” or vice versa, whatever that means – and have bought in. Many children, for a wide range of reasons, decide to pursue “transition.” Teachers indoctrinating these children are destroying their lives.

Lego has unveiled a new LGBTQ play set to virtue signal ahead of Pride month.

The company announced the 346 piece “Everyone is Awesome!” set on Twitter.

“We’re super excited to reveal our new set – LEGO Everyone is Awesome! Because we celebrate every LEGO builder #LEGO #EveryoneIsAwesome,” Lego said in their post.

Vice President of Design at the LEGO Group Matthew Ashton wrote a lengthy statement about why he designed the play set, saying that there needs to be more LGBTQ representation for children.

“Being quite an effeminate kid, I was constantly told by different adults around me what I should and shouldn’t play with, that I needed to behave like a ‘real boy’ and to toughen up. I was dissuaded from doing the things that came most naturally to me. I think many of the adults around me were doing all of this to try to protect me from getting bullied, but I was actually fine with all the kids at school. All of that has had an impact on me in many ways; it was really exhausting and kicked my confidence,” he wrote.

“So, I think by taking small steps and having products like “Everyone is Awesome” out there and people representing the LGBTQIA+ community, it allows everybody to see that things do get better over time and there is a place for everybody. That’s what’s been so important to me in getting this set out with a message that we can be really proud of.”

Ashton explained that they added black and brown to represent those races, purple for drag queens, as well as the trans flag colors.

“We’ve made sure to include black and brown colors to represent the broad diversity of everyone within the LGBTQIA+ community. We’ve also added in the pale blue, white and pink to support and embrace the trans community as well. I purposely put the purple drag queen in as a clear nod to the fabulous side of the LGBTQIA+ community.
