Pediatricians and other health care workers are suing the Biden administration over a mandate tied to health care which would, according to the suit, require medical professionals to provide gender-related services and surgeries despite objections, medical or otherwise.
Objections, even to treating children, would be considered “discrimination,” pursuant to Biden’s reinterpretation of sex to include sexual orientation and “gender identity.”
“The American College of Pediatricians, the Catholic Medical Association, and an OB-GYN doctor who specializes in caring for adolescents filed suit in federal court to challenge a Biden administration mandate requiring doctors to perform gender transition procedures on any patient, including a child, if the procedure violates a doctor’s medical judgment or religious beliefs,” read a press release from the Alliance Defending Freedom.
“The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reinterpreted non-discrimination on the basis of sex in the Affordable Care Act to include gender identity and thus require gender transition interventions, services, surgeries, and drugs on demand, even for children, no matter a doctor’s medical judgment, religious beliefs, or conscientious objection,” ADF claimed.
The suit, American College of Pediatricians v. Becerra, was filed Thursday with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Chattanooga. ADF is providing representation on behalf of more than 3,000 physicians and health care professionals.
A viral TikTok trend claims to educate women who believe they are attracted to men but have only been socially conditioned into thinking they are heterosexual. Compulsory heterosexuality, colloquially known as ‘comphet’, is a term used to describe the belief that Western culture has coerced women into trying to view all connections between men and women as sexual or romantic.
The argument is all women have been conditioned from childhood to view any feelings they have towards men as attraction - with some authors even going so far as to say all females are actually lesbian by nature. TikTok users are now sharing checklists to help women work out if they are bisexual or lesbian, posting clips with the hashtag ‘comphet’.
Viewers are challenged to ask themselves a list of questions to see how they respond.
The lists include questions such as: 'Am I only attracted to celebrities or other unattainable men?' and 'Do you like guys until they like you back?'
If you answer yes to these, then you are supposedly a lesbian or bisexual, according to the users.
One video on the topic, by Marin-Elizabeth, which had more than 80,000 likes, claimed to reveal the 'common signs of compulsory heterosexuality'.
These include: 'Liking guys until they like you back, only liking fictional men and celebrities, kissing your girl friends when you were younger to "practise for guys" and feeling bored when intimate with guys.'
'Feeling nauseous when intimate with guys and love hanging out with them until they flirt (even when you're dating),' were other signs mentioned.
The term was coined by lesbian feminist Adrienne Rich in her 1980 essay ‘Compulsory Heterosexuality and the Lesbian Experience’, according to Cosmopolitan.
Rich argued that heterosexuality is a political institution in which women are oppressed by men.
The author suggested everyone - including women themselves - are naturally attracted to women, while attraction to men is learned.
“We Sucked Eachother’s D***s” – Mother Reads Sexually Explicit School Book To Board Members
A concerned mother brought a school book to her school board to address the sexual harassment and vulgar language that is being pushed on her children.
This specific book references 10-year old fourth-graders engaging in homosexual actions and using language like “his little salamander between my fourth-grade fingers rapidly engorging with blood”.
It also used the word “f**k” 44 times and “sh*t” 41 times before page 66, according to the mom.
This is my son, Cameron. He attends Leander High School and I’m going to explain to you the book that he received but Mr. McKay, I pray you are a man of your word. Last week I asked my children if I could check the books that they’ve picked up from the school. My son picked up this brand new book from the shelves in class, “Lawn Boy”. He was under the impression it was about a kid that ends up with a gig mowing the grass at Disneyland. I’d like to share a few quotes with you.
On page 19, “Not that it really matters, in fourth grade at a church youth group meeting out in the bushes, I touched Doug Goebbels d*ck, and he touched mine. In fact, there was even some mouths involved.” Next one, page 91, “What if I told you I touched another guy’s d*ck? What if I told you I sucked it? I was 10 years old, but it’s true. I put Doug Goebbels’ d*ck in my mouth. I was in fourth grade, it was no big deal. He sucked mine too. And you know what, it wasn’t terrible.” Page 174,
What sort of diversity are you intending to teach my child with material like this? In addition, I’ll share with you the exceptional quality of vocabulary, I stopped counting on page 66 After 44 f**ks, and 41 sh*ts. The depravity of the content on the shelves in our schools cannot be mitigated with policy.
What sort of educational environment do you think the plethora of sexually graphic books selections create for my children or for any child for that matter?
I won’t go into my fourth-grade daughter but we don’t, this is not a thing for fourth graders. Who normalizes sex acts between fourth graders? I’ll tell you who. Pedofiles. So it’s fortuitous that you invited the Leander police department to visit tonight so that we can talk about…
They canceled Dr. Seuss but this is good for children.
"The school board’s reaction was ironic: It silenced her, citing that there were children in the room...Multiple attendees told The Daily Wire the claim that there were children in the late night board meeting was false."
A Virginia mom found that books graphically depicting pedophilia were in her child’s school as part of its commitment to diversity and inclusion — so she read from them, verbatim, to the school board.
The school board’s reaction was ironic: It silenced her, citing that there were children in the room.
“After seeing a September 9th school board meeting in Texas on pornography in schools, I decided to check the titles at my child’s high school, Fairfax High School. The books were available, and we checked them out. Both of these books include pedophilia, sex between men and boys,” Stacy Langton said, holding two books. “The illustrations include fellatio, sex toys, masturbation, and violent nudity.”
“I can’t wait to have your c*** in my mouth. I am going to give you the blowjob of your life, and then I want you inside me.”
“What if I told you I touched another guy’s d***? What if I told you I sucked it? I was ten years old, but it’s true. I sucked Doug Goble’s d***, the real estate guy, and he sucked mine too.”
“This is not an oversight at Fairfax High School—” she said, when one school member made a motion indicating that her mic should be cut, and another board member cut her off.
“I’m sorry, there are children in the audience here,” the board member said.
The mother did not back down. “Do not interrupt my time! I will stand here until my time is restored and my time is finished. These books are in stock and available in the libraries …”
The school board interrupted her again, saying “For high school students, ma’am!”
Virtually the entire crowd erupted in jeers at the school board’s efforts to silencing a parent. Multiple attendees told The Daily Wire the claim that there were children in the late night board meeting was false.
Before the buzzer counting down Langton’s allotted two minutes even buzzed, the school board began talking over her, saying “Our next speaker is …”
A plainclothes security guard then approached the microphone and tried to get her to move by lying that he was the next speaker, according to video filmed by Asra Nomani. “It’s my turn to speak and I was next,” he said.
After her mic was cut off, Langton spoke loudly, reading the name of a law that she said the school board was violating. It says “It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to… circulate… any notice or advertisement of any obscene item,” as Nomani, a parental advocacy expert with Parents Defending Education, wrote on her Substack.
All of the members except Karl Frisch, Laura Jane Cohen (whose child is transgender and who frequently redirects educational issues to gay issues), and Abrar Omeish, who opposed a resolution honoring the victims of 9/11, fled the stage, as the audience chanted “Go to jail!”
SICKENING: California Governor Newsom Signs Bills That Enable Children to Hide Sex Operations and Abortions From Their Parents
On Wednesday, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed two bills into law that would help children be able to get certain medical procedures – such as sex operations and abortions – without their parent’s knowledge or consent.
One of the bills – AB-1184 – prohibits health insurers from requiring authorization from a child’s parents before they are able to get a procedure. The bill also makes it illegal for any communications, information, or receipts to be shared with the parents unless the child authorizes it to be disclosed.
The sickening new law is set to take effect in July of next year.
Once again, it is simply another example of a leftist, Orwellian made-up term that is meant to twist the language – It means child.
“Protected individual” means any adult insured covered under a health insurance policy or a minor who can consent to a health care service without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, pursuant to state or federal law.
The bill doesn’t just make these life-altering procedures more available to children who have no faculty to make the decision to get them, it also mandates that insurance providers notify their policyholders that they can request a “confidential communication.”
“This bill would require a health care service plan to notify subscribers and enrollees and a health insurer to notify insureds that they may request a confidential communication in a specified format and how to make the request, and would require a health care service plan and health insurer to provide the information in a specified manner, including on the internet website of the health care service plan or health insurer.”
The other bill – AB-1356 – makes it a crime for anyone to post personal information, including photos, of any provider, patient, employee, or volunteer of a reproductive healthcare facility in the state. People who are found guilty will face up to a year behind bars and a fine of up to $10,000.
This other legislation also makes it a crime for people to “videotape, film, photograph, or record by electronic means” any person associated with a reproductive health facility inside their property or within 100 feet of the entrance.
This bill would also make it a crime, within 100 feet of the entrance to or within a reproductive health services facility, to intentionally videotape, film, photograph, or record by electronic means a reproductive health services patient, provider, or assistant, as defined, with the specific intent to intimidate a person from becoming or remaining a reproductive health services patient, provider, or assistant.
Newsom signing the pair of bills comes at a questionable time. The text of the law had been in place since February of this year, which means he could have easily signed it at any point before now – It’s no surprise that he waited until after pulling a fast one in the recently rigged California recall election to sign this radical law.
