Your post was like a "duh" upside my head!! How many times have I had to wipe it down then, just a couple of hours later, have to turn around and wipe it again!
Time to take out the sewing machine and stich something up or maybe a toaster cover would work!

Your brilliant!

Sure, I can do that for you.  Umm ... I tend to be a bit wordy, so ... feel free to edit me.  <g>

What a terrific idea, Stephen.  And I want to echo what others have said; PCC has helped raise the bar for me several times.  It's because of PCC, and the wonderful people here, and their encouragement, that I finally did feel free enough to be myself in my art ... all those wonky canes, and abstract ideas, and wazoo colors ... those are me; and so many people here were responsible for encouraging me to use those ideas.

So count me in ... and edit at will ... I know I get wordy.  <g>

I, too, take notes and make rough drawings - just not in a journal. Instead I use whatever scrap of paper lying nearby when an idea pops up. (and sometimes they get lost, go figure)
When I get my craft room ( in a couple of weeks), the first thing I'll be making is a journal - such a great idea, same as the cover for the PM.

Oh, a craft room - with everything at arms reach, everything ready, a wall to wall tabletop, table to ceiling shelves and drawers - NOW, THAT'LL BE CLAY HEAVEN!! And definitely improve my work and lengthen my clay time.

I know what you mean! Once I got the space set up, it was a lot easier to just work in a little clay time here and there. Definitely a plus!

I'm in complete agreement, this is a great thread! Post whatever things I may have said that are helpful and coherent, lol. Well, that coherent part might rule some things out. Okay, print it all! :D

Brilliant, huh? Well, maybe a bright sparklie in a moment of time. Actually, instead of wasting creative time sewing, how about getting one of those cheapy plastic shower caps to cover the PM? Okay, you're right, I AM brilliant! LOL
