"The lawsuit, filed on Nov. 4, said that the suspension in September was in violation of the student’s constitutional right to free speech and the New Hampshire Bill of Rights because he expressed his religious beliefs,"

Stating that there are "two genders" does not require religious belief.

Student suspended for 'only two genders' comment sues school

A New Hampshire student-athlete is suing his school district after he was suspended from a football game for allegedly expressing his view that there are “only two genders.”

The lawsuit, filed on Nov. 4, said that the suspension in September was in violation of the student’s constitutional right to free speech and the New Hampshire Bill of Rights because he expressed his religious beliefs, The Portsmouth Herald reported.

The plaintiff is also aiming to prohibit enforcing Exeter High School’s gender-nonconforming student’s policy because of what he says is its infringement on his First Amendment rights.

The policy says that students have the right to be addressed by a name and pronoun that relates to a student’s gender identity. It also reprimands students who intentionally and repeatedly refuse to respect another student’s gender identity.

According to the lawsuit, the suspended student had been involved in conversations surrounding Spanish language pronouns on the bus. A female student who overheard the conversation said there were more than two genders, to which the suspended student argued that there was not.

Soon after the bus incident, the lawsuit stated that the two students got into a text exchange about gender identity. Those texts were given to the administration which resulted in the one-day suspension.

But the lawsuit claims that EHS administrators did not have the right to suspend the student because his text messages, initiated by another student, were sent while off campus.

"It supports the belief, for example, that people with penises can be lesbians and those with vaginas can be gay men. Those who disagree, says Stonewall, are bigots."

It seems we have a brand new definition of bigot. Any bigots out there?

Stonewall brands lesbians 'sexual racists' for raising concerns about sex with transgender women

For many, it was a brave and long-overdue airing of an important and distressing subject: a painstaking investigation into claims that predatory trans women have been pressuring lesbians for sex, published on the BBC News website.

But a leaked email shows that the influential trans lobby group Stonewall attempted to suppress the investigation before it had even been published – and made the extraordinary claim that debating the issues was equivalent to ‘sexual racism’.

This latest move to try to stifle free speech will add to growing concerns about the influence of Stonewall, which is paid millions of pounds for advising public bodies – including Government departments, police forces and universities – plus a range of private companies.

Stonewall started as a campaign group for gay rights and has been widely applauded for its vital work. Today, however, it is dominated by the campaign for trans rights and controversially sets out to promote self-declared ‘gender identity’ – the doctrine that people are whatever gender they say they are – ahead of biological sex.

It supports the belief, for example, that people with penises can be lesbians and those with vaginas can be gay men. Those who disagree, says Stonewall, are bigots. ~~~~~~~~~~

The BBC’s announcement came two weeks after the Corporation published an investigation by journalist Caroline Lowbridge in which some lesbians told how they felt pressured into having a sexual relationship with trans women – specifically, men who say they are women but who have retained their male genitals.

"'This could cause a real problem, making it part of university culture and making work in the sex industry a normalised activity..."

Durham University offering training to students on how to be a sex worker

Durham University is offering its students online lessons on how to stay safe while working in the sex industry.

The course is being put together by the Durham Students’ Union amid rising rates of undergraduates taking work as escorts or producing explicit content online.

The sessions are designed to provide support and advice to staff and students.

However, Universities Minister, Michelle Donelan slammed the prestigious north east university.

“Any university that does this is badly failing in their duty to protect students.

“It is right that vital support is offered to women who are being exploited. However, this course seeks to normalise selling sex, which has no place in our universities.

“We know this is a sector that can target young women and students and trap them in the role.”

One Durham University student told The Times: 'This could cause a real problem, making it part of university culture and making work in the sex industry a normalised activity...

'It suggests that being an adult sex worker is another run-of-the-mill activity and is put down as an official DSU position.'

"have been criticized by some members of the transgender community for pushing transphobic ideas and misrepresenting the dangers they face daily, which, according to Statistics Canada, include violence and poor mental health due to discrimination."

Those are not the big dangers. Those are the secondary dangers. The big dangers are how God will treat societies that proudly turn to the dark (ungodly) side? Those are really BIG dangers.

Canadian state TV defends the trans movement while other media wake up to its dangers

As evidence increases that gender ideology is dangerous and that transition for minors has devastating results, Canada’s state broadcaster, the CBC, has been publishing a flurry of articles defending the transgender movement. As I noted earlier this month in this space, the CBC recently published an article by a transgender professor from the University of Calgary calling on the government to do more to respond to criticisms of the trans movement. As it turns out, that column was just the beginning.

That editorial was followed up by an article titled “Anti-trans views are worryingly prevalent and disproportionately harmful, community and experts warn.” As journalist Jonathan Kay noted on Twitter, the article is a response to the fact that “some Canadian media are finally finding the courage to say what 99% of people think, notwithstanding efforts (such as are contained in this piece) to rebrand discussion of biology as hate speech.”

An excerpt:

Members of transgender and non-binary communities say they’re seeing concerning signs that transphobic ideology is worsening in Canada…

“The climate for trans people has improved in the last decade very considerably, but we’re definitely starting to feel some of those waves of anti-trans activism that have really taken hold in the United Kingdom and in the United States in recent years,” said Travers, a professor of sociology at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C, who goes by one name.

Recent media coverage, including a story by the CTV News investigative program W5 and opinion columns published by the Toronto Star and CBC, have been criticized by some members of the transgender community for pushing transphobic ideas and misrepresenting the dangers they face daily, which, according to Statistics Canada, include violence and poor mental health due to discrimination.

Among the concerning messages, say critics, are assertions that trans people who have not undergone transition-related surgery are not real men or women or that falsely paint trans women as dangerous men. Similar ideas have been spreading in the U.K. for years.

I don't understand. If you can give very dangerous experimental (non) vaccines to children 5-11, why can't you give condoms to children 5-11?

"Schools are also expected to give information about how to use a condom that reflects inclusivity of gender identity, sexuality and ethnicity,"

Does this mean that condoms are used differently depending on a person's gender identity, sexuality and ethnicity?

Vermont implements law allowing public schools to give condoms to students as young as 12

Vermont began rolling out a “condom availability program” last week that would allow children as young as 12 who attend Vermont public schools to get condoms upon request.

A law signed last year by pro-abortion Republican Gov. Phil Scott made Vermont the first state to have a legal mandate that public schools give out condoms to students. Planned Parenthood of New England will be distributing the condoms to the schools free of charge.

The law states, “In order to prevent unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases [STDs], each school district shall make condoms available to all students in its secondary schools, free of charge.” The law also holds school district officials and nurses responsible for the distribution of condoms, stating that they “shall determine manner in which to make condoms available to students.”

Schools are also expected to give information about how to use a condom that reflects inclusivity of gender identity, sexuality and ethnicity, as well as having trained staff on hand who can talk with students about sexual health and contraception if a student asks.

     "What difference does it make???"

I find it extraordinary. A woman can pretend to be practicing lesbianism, without actually doing so, and suffering the consequences from Heaven for doing so. There are other kinds of consequences however, but not that one. Think about this: A woman pretending she is a lesbian, with a man pretending he is a woman.
